My Zanussi washing mashine is only 4 years old. The front rubber ring is broken, so I went to the shop I bougt it (in Algarve) in beginning of July. The shop ordered the ring, but was told that it was holydays in the storage house, but going to send it in August. Nothing arrived.... In September I went to the shop again, and they called again. It will be sent from Lisboa next friday. Nothing.. 2 weeks ago I went to the shop again, and they called again.It will be sent from Lisboa Oktober 20th, they answered. Today I went again to the shop, and they called again. Now it will be sent November 3rd (!!!) That is 4 month with water all over the floor.
Sorry Electrolux, shame on your portugese staff!

The information that follows is not an exaggeration and is part of a letter sent directly to Electrolux. We purchased $12,500 of the following Electrolux Appliances:
- 36” Induction Freestanding Range - NO ISSUES.
- 24” Built-in Dishwasher
- DAMAGED DRAIN PUMP. REPLACEMENT.
- Freestanding 3 Door Refrigerator
- ARRIVED WITH DAMAGED LEFT DOOR.
ENTIRE APPLIANCE WAS REPLACED.
- 5.1 Cu. Ft. Under-counter Beverage Center
- DOA & REPLACED AFTER 2 WEEKS
Unfortunately, we did not read the horrific user reviews in Trustpilot about Electrolux prior to moving forward with the purchase. Had we done that, we certainly would not have chosen this product group. Electrolux was highly recommended by the dealer. They flaunted the products in combination with a rebate scheme that was in play at the time.

I had procured an extended warranty through Frigidaire for my Air Conditioner. Called Frigidaire/Electrolux on July 5th. I had to talk to a guy that could not speak English hardly. He said that the one doing the maintenance on the Air Conditioner was Doctor Appliance in Estill Springs Tennessee and they would be at my house on July 6th. Called Dr. Appliance 931-313-9083 said they had no order yet to fit my air conditioner. I called back next day, and they said they would come out on the 19th of July ...What!! The 19th. I need it fixed NOW. I am in a 100-degree house. They showed up on the 10th of July at 3:10 P.M. said they would have to buy a controller board. I called and called and could not get through to speak to anyone. Finally, I did and ask to speak to the Manager, who they said ws busy and the lady said would call me the following week. It is now August 2, 2023 and I have not heard from Dr. Appliance. DO NOT BUY ANT EXTENDED WARRANTY from Electrolux/Frigidaire because this is a "racket" to get your money. Dr. Appliance is a joke and has no intention of fixing the air conditioner. Have no heard one word from them

We ordered an Electrolux dishwasher recently. We paid a $120 surcharge for installation and removal of the old unit. I had carefully measured the space and was sure the new unit would fit. The installers arrived, said the unit would not fit, said they couldn't even take the old unit out without cutting it up which they were unwilling to do. They left the new unit sitting in our dining room, left our kitchen a mess, and just plain left. The Electrolux customer service rep, having been told all this, replied with " Do you want a refund of the installation fee." Yes, very helpful. Thanks. We called our plumber who removed the old unit (but had to leave it in the alley as he doesn't have disposal facilities) and installed the new one. Everything fit fine. No cutting up of anything was required and the new unit is working rather nicely. We're out the $400 we had to pay our plumber to do the job Electrolux was supposed to do. We can't actually seem to get the original installation fee refunded and my wife has spent hours on the phone getting a run around and being told they will call back, which they never do, and we yet have to pay to dispose of the old unit, all of which was supposed to be done by Electrolux. I think they should pay our plumber and for the disposal as it is not our fault they didn't send competent installers. At the very least I want our installation fee back. I don't know how to repay my wife for the hours spent on the phone with them getting nowhere. Bottom line: Electrolux customer service is a nightmare.

My Fridgidaire 50 pint dehumidifier died after 21 months. Customer service was not at all helpful, very frustrating to communicate with and terminated communication without reason. I will NEVER buy a Fridgidaire/Electrolux product again and will do my best to steer anyone away from them. Their products are a waste of money and due to short life span and lack of being repairable a source of plastic and electronic waste.

I purchased EFLS627UTT & EFMC627UTT in May 2020. The dryer motor failed and needed to be replace. I sent Electrolux an email and never heard back from them. I would hope that you would get more than three years out of a new dryer. I would not buy their product again and would recommend you check the reviews for this company before you buy.

i bought a frigidaire refrigerator. 4 months ago and the freezer has now cracked. long story short. its considered cosmetic and they wont replace it. was told to bad so sad. after spending 2000.00 + dollars and buying a warranty Im am left with a cracked freezer. in my brand new house. with no recourse.

We purchased an expensive Electrolux refrigerator in early 2022. First, it was damaged in shipping and the replacement door took months to arrive. Prior to that, we had the icemaker recalled with instructions to disconnect immediately. Waiting a few more weeks, the icemaker was replaced. Then we tried reordering filters as suggested by the maintenance manual. The water filter can be ordered on subscription but the air filter cannot...and the customer service staff still...after a year...can't figure out the part number that matches the appliance. The phone wait time for customer service is always 35-45 minutes after which you are connected to someone who transfers you to someone else. This was once a very good brand...no more. Buy a more reliable, less expensive brand. Don't spend the money for an Electrolux refrigerator.

I purchased an extended service agreement from the Electrolux Corp. for a Frigidaire refrigerator. The wait time on the phone was more than an hour each time I tried to call regarding a broken part. I was finally able to schedule a service appointment, then the tech showed up with the wrong part. I give up and will never again buy any product associated with Electrolux, which used to be a good company.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever encountered. Not only did they try to steal my money by not returning my money for a returned washer and dryer. after I tweeted them about it, then got a refund, I received a call from their customer service office threatening to steal my money from my credit card because they had to call me back.. I'm disgusted with this company. do not buy from Electrolux.

Really bad quality water cookers
Have had two in row both fail due to poor material and design.

I have a washing machine that’s only 7 months old and randomly shuts off power midway through cycles. Electrolux customer service has been worthless (cutting off calls and not returning messages). Repairman showed up the first time, but no-show the next and the next after that. I’ll never buy one of their appliances ever again.

Electrolux washer broke down only after 2 months of use. We called Canadian Appliance Source where bought the appliance and they refused to do anything. We called Electrolux support and they gave us a number to call to book an appointment (service provider). Service provider gave us a date seven days after the call. But they called us back day of the service saying they no longer provide support for Electrolux. After 5 more calls with Electrolux we are only getting service in 14 days. So almost a month without a washer.
It is very disheartening to work with company who is only looking out to make a sale and disowns you after delivery is done.
As soon as the fix done we will be looking for a full reimbursement.

1 la velocidad de trabajo - es necesario establecer el ritmo de cierre de los tickets 3-5 días
2 Repetición de la solicitud de código PNC 2 veces - y esto después de que informé el número de modelo
3 El detalle B en las instrucciones de montaje aparece en 2 unidades y me dicen que en la foto hay 4 unidades
4 El kit de instalación tiene algo más que tornillos y tuve que volver a preguntar
5 Señalé que el uso de la sal no combate eficazmente los depósitos de calcio en el interior.

Issue with charger for hand held hoover, was in conact with customer care, asked me to send all details address and item serial etc and not heard off them in months now. Email again but no reply, very poor customer services
