The Electrolux dishwasher we've had has had the below issues. We have an extended warranty and to date the dishwasher still as not been replaced nor fixed. It broke 1/21/2025 and still no resolution. The below outlines all the documented issues. This does NOT include issues with a third party contractor. Would NEVER buy an Electrolux. If I wasn't renting I would have torn it out years ago and replaced with Bosch.

Brand new Electrolux washer/dryer
Brand new Electrolux washer/dryer. Washing machine in spin cycle vibrates so much the unit moves out of its place. Plus it makes a very loud noise while spinning. Been told to level it which we did twice, been told to reload my clothes after the first spin which I won't do and lastly was told I wasn't loading my clothes correctly. How can you do that when it's a front loading machine. Customer service is non existent and they basically don't care. Stay away from this brand!!!!
4 months-3 repair companies-1 master technician and still a dead fridge!
4 months, 3 technicians, and over 6 appointments later and they refuse to fix or replace side by side Frigidaire unit under warranty. Issue began October 9th 2024 and now January 22, 2025 they are looking for another repair person because they and the "Master Technician" realize there is an internal leak but do not want to replace unit or provide any resolution. And you will get customer service reps that can only read from scripts and book appointments BUT...READ THIS...Electroluxx/Frigidaire will not even contact THEIR "Master Technician" (they said they cannot and only the 3rd party repair person can???) They can only hope and wait for reports. Then I looked and saw MANY reddit threads about ppl waiting up to 2 YEARS (contacting Lawyers and BBB) due to no resolution AND all three repair companies have told me that the warranty department will send customers to SEVERAL repair ppl to avoid a replace or "stall your warranty out" as not to have to replace malfunctioning units. PLEASE....PLEASE...PLEASE WARRANTY BUYER BEWARE.

Just bought Electrolux Frigidaire Oven
Just bought Electrolux Frigidaire Oven. Worked great for 2 months when it just stopped. No power. They repaired it with a new motherboard. 6 months later same issue. When I called for service they told me my warranty was running out and I should buy an extended warranty. Huh? This appliance doesn't work! It stopped twice in 9 months for the same reason! Customer service is a nightmare. Not an upstanding company.
Warranty for Frigider Induction Range…
We bought a Frigider Induction Range and within one year we had the following problem : after a couple of minutes heating a pot with soup on “P” setting, there was a smell of burn in the air and when removing the pot we could see some round shape chipped area on both the glass of the range and the bottom of the pot. The edges of the chipped area are smooth not sharp when I put my finger over it.
The smell in the air was like an electrical ark.
Also inside the pot the bottom was black. We used this enamel pot many times to heat liquids (soups, water, etc) and had no problems before.
We contact the customer service which agreed the range was in warranty but the refuse to assist , making up that is our fault cooking with sugar, we do not have sugar in house because of health problems. They offered us 20% of the repair with can cost $ 300 to $ 800 . Is this the warranty ?

If I could give Electrolux zero stars, I would. After owning this fridge for just 2.5 years, the freezer failed the day before Christmas Eve—at the worst possible time. Electrolux's response? The earliest they could send a technician was December 31st. Things went from bad to worse when the fridge also failed on Boxing Day, forcing us to throw away over $400 worth of food.
When the tech finally arrived on the 31st, they replaced the control panel, shrugged, and left, saying to call back if it didn’t work after six hours. Surprise, surprise—it didn’t. But Electrolux was conveniently closed until the new year, leaving us stranded without a functioning fridge for days.
Thankfully, Harvey Norman (where we purchased the fridge) stepped in to handle the mess Electrolux created. Their service was stellar—unlike Electrolux’s. The same tech came back, only to reveal the compressor had failed. Why this wasn’t diagnosed on the first visit is beyond me. Electrolux’s negligence left us without a fridge for nine days, and their “customer service” was an exercise in frustration.
I requested a store credit instead of a replacement fridge, they claimed it would take another two business days to process—on a Friday, no less. Fed up, I turned back to Harvey Norman, who sorted it out and arranged for a new fridge (NOT Electrolux) to be delivered the next day.
Electrolux’s customer service is abysmal, their products are unreliable, and their wait times for technicians are unacceptable. A fridge that costs this much shouldn’t fail after 2.5 years. I will NEVER buy another Electrolux product and would strongly advise anyone reading this to steer clear. They don’t deserve your money—or your patience.

I took the day off work for delivery of a fridge and stove. I was given a time window and told that I would receive a call when they are on the way. Here I am still waiting past the time window and haven't received the call. I missed out on over $1000 and all customer service had to say was sorry for the inconvenience. You've got to be kidding me.

Update: 2:16:2024 I did finally get the refund the shipping as I had numerous problems with this order customer service always seem to be a let down as their shipping partner called me last minute after arriving compared to an hour before delivery and didn’t ring the door bell or knock and just left second time they only had half the order so they would deliver the partial order then I couldn’t change shipping address cause I moved so the order had to be cancelled and re ordered after all the failed delivery attempts I was told I could change shipping address then all the sudden I couldn’t. The products them self do work very well I can stand for that just hopefully no issues in the future so I will be changing my rate from 1 to 3 stars. 5 for the product function and 1-2 stars for shipping and the run around I got by customer service and the refund problems

It should be 5 dg instead it is 10dg. I rang the company Harvey Norman who I bought all my appliances from in our new home said sorry 5 months out of the 2 yr warranty. Ring Electrolux. Rang them said sorry out of warranty was going to charge x amount for someone to come out plus an hourly rate to look at it. I told her a fridge not fit for purpose to pay that sort of money and too have problems already. Sorry I am not going to except that. I said I will contact the ACCC. I will tell anyone who will listen. She then said she will speak with her manager. She came back on to say that I will have a call this afternoon that someone will come out and have a look. Guess what of course no call. I will be back on the phone again tomorrow until I get something sorted. Not paying 2.500 only to give up the ghost not even 2 and half years later. I will update.

After two months of relentless requests, a technician finally arrived, promising to repair my dishwasher within 21 days. Now, over a month later, there's been zero progress. To add insult to injury, I received a €100 invoice for absolutely nothing.
Electrolux's service is a disgrace—unresponsive, ineffective, and a blatant money grab. Save yourself the frustration and avoid them entirely!

I purchased a freezer, but the freezer arrived damaged. I spoke with an agent, and I was told for the first time that I would be contacted by the admin for an inconvenience fee within two days, and the new freezer would arrive within 7-10 days. I have waited, but nothing has happened. I contacted them again, but this time, they changed their first saying. At this time I was told that the admin would contact you within 7-10 days and the new freezer would arrive after three weeks. I got frustrated and amazed because they lay on me. I felt it was a kind of fraud. I asked the agent to transfer me to one of the supervisors but they were ignoring my messages and refused to asculated. All they were saying was just sorry. What sorry do? They didn't solve their problem at all and meant to ignore my feelings. Finally, I asked them to return my money. it will take from 7-10 to get processed and another 3-4 days to receive it. What a waste of time dealing with you. Unhappy at all, I got the worst service in my life dealing with you. I am hoping I get my money back with no fight.
The worst service
bought a washing machine 2 years ago with a 5-year warranty. After washing the tire on the door, it was all crumpled. Electrolux does not recognize the warranty. I would not recommend their products to anyone, because their service is the worst. Very disappointed.
GARBAGE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought 2 identical fridges same day and the first one went out in 7 months and had to be repaired. The 2nd and primary fridge in our kitchen just went out as well SAME PROBLEM as the other - compressor. Contacted them Oct 8. Service out Oct 11. Have to order part and return Oct 23. Replacement part was defective so fridge still doesnt work. Now they want us to wait till Nov 4th IF they can get the part. How is any human suppose to live with NO refrigeration or freezer for 4 weeks! How does one get cold drinks and have food to cook. Made MANY calls to get fix expedited and all I get is this is our policy as far as timeframes and such. COMPLETE CRAP and they want to respond stating how much they care and blah blah blah. BS comes out of their mouths. I have now filed a BBB report against them.

Dishwasher sub standard quality and not fit for purpose. Failed after three years. Our engineer found a hole the size of a pin in the steel tub so not wear and tear. Electrolux claim it was corrosion due to salt so not covered under the warranty. Absolutely ridiculous. Our engineer said it was a very poor excuse. Never purchased Electrolux before and never will. It came with the new build house so no choice. Quality is sub standard and customer service poor. Avoid.

I bought a pair Electrolux washer (ELFW7437AW) and dryer (ELFE743CAW), which were delivered in April 2024. We didn't start to use them until September 2024. In just over a month, the washer door cannot lock to close.
Electrolux had a appliance service company to repair my brand-new Electrolux washer under the manufacture's warranty. The company scheduled a technician’s visit to my house. Two days later, a technician came to do the work. after spending about 10 minutes on inspecting the door issue, the technician told me the door lock needs to be replaced. However, it will take about 2 weeks to order the part. Once the part arrives, then they will call me to schedule a time for them to come to replace the malfunctional door lock.
I am very upset since I must wait another two weeks or even loner to have my washer repaired. I am expecting the company to fix the washer in a week as I already described the door-lock issue to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer has created a service ticket to the service company. In addition, the company has claimed that their service is both of precision and prompt as authorized service company. They should have those common parts on handy and fix the issue during their first visit.

I give 0 stars. I have an upright vacuum and it is awful, it's heavy and the brushes get stuck on the carpet so it won't move. Suction after about six uses is bad. Do not recommend the upright vacuum cleaners at all.

We would give a no star review if possible. Horrible experience with this company not caring. Purchased a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator and within less than 3 months it stopped working. Had just went grocery shopping and lost over $300 in food. Live in NC, this was during the extreme heatwave too. Absolutely no way to store food nor provide cold drinks. Contacted Lowe’s and Electrolux, made a BBB C/O. Electrolux responded unprofessionally and W/O care. They consider the repair to be “enough”. Well my husband works hard and I am disabled. We were the ones W/O for almost a month before this piece of junk was even repaired. The technician even stated it was the refrigerator and basically this should not have happened. Tech came, ordered a part that took an additional week to arrive, then postponed the repair for another week. Total time was well over 3 weeks closer to a month. Unprofessional and unacceptable. It cost us the lost food, not to say the additional expense to get food out. These companies today are nothing like they were years ago, pitiful & sorry. They call themselves professionals? Ha ha ha, I hardly thinks so. I would never treat my customers as such. Ultimately my husband paid full price for a reconditioned refrigerator all the while costing us more money for this incident. Disgusting customer service.
