Electrolux Arvostelua 

Called electrolux on 18th Aug to report fridge/freezer was not working. After 1 no show/1 reacheduled appointment and 4 different engineers, the fridge freezer was eventually condemned for safety issues(gas leak)this is after multiple parts have been replaced by the previous engineers. On the 3rd oct The engineer spoke to someone at elextrolux infront of my wife who guaranteed that someone would call us back. It is now the 8th of oct and there has been no such call. We have called today to follow up,however electrolux advised there has been no such call. My wife has complain ed numerous times with electrolux and promised calls back, but the service advisor stated they that her complaints have not been recorded. My wife is heavily pregant and been without a fridge freezer for 7 weeks. We are no further forward with getting this rectified. Fridge/freezer is only 6years old. Electrolux clearly do not value their customers. Extremely poor customers service. Past piller to post. I would not recommend Electrolux

I bought an Electrolux Cooking Top spare part in June. It developed a fault soon after. After weeks, they finally sent out an engineer who confirmed there was nothing wrong with the installation or my electrics, meaning the part itself was faulty. He tightened the connections and advised me that if the fault reappeared, I should contact Electrolux. A few days later the part failed again.

I was then granted a refund after spending 2 hours on the phone being passed from department to department. The service was shocking – rude, dismissive and chaotic.

I then complained about this whole process, and a few days later they retracted the refund offer!

Months of calls, emails and stress later, they’re still refusing to resolve it. I’ve now had to take them to the small claims court to get my money back. Shocking company – avoid!!

Sent wrong replacement part carbon filter twice. Very expensive part. £30

Very difficult to get in contact with them. No email, chat closed on Sat pm. and all day Sunday.

No complaints procedure.

Rang the Electrolux team to book in a repair this morning for my ten year old dishwasher, figured it was a goner, but spoke to a gentleman in their aftermarket team called George who rather than trying to make me pay to book in a repair, instead kindly told me how to fix my dishwasher issue based on my feedback and his diagnosis and now it’s working again. Absolutely rare these days to get this level of customer service. An absolute gentleman and a scholar, 5 stars.

The organisation and service team is full of incompetent staff and they are all bunch of liars. They sold a defective washing machine to me, which broke down after a month. The washing machine has a two years warranty. I’ve been calling every other day for the past three weeks and nothing has been done up till now.
Just a word of advice, don’t buy any product from this company.

This Agent Taysharn gave me a wonderful experience when booking in a repair.

When they sell a defective unit, in this case a wall mounted AC unit, they should take responsibility and provide a warranty. The unit failed three weeks after installation. I had to get a rental and then purchase another unit.

Just a word of warning, if you are thinking of purchasing an Electrolux Group product in the UK, don't! Unless you like spending a long time on the phone ( on hold or transferred ) to various call centres, sending e-mails ( Jonas Samuelson ) that are not responded to and dealing with individuals who will not take ownership. As a landlord with a diverse property portfolio to manage I can honestly say this is the worst white goods company I have ever dealt with for customer service.

Freezer failed 2 weeks before guarantee ran out in May. Reported and engineer confirmed for 2 weeks. Then delayed. When arrived told me after 30 seconds it was the module. Most common fault but didn’t have the part?!? Rescheduled for 2 weeks. Then told part out of stock? Then further delay and best to replace the fridge and freezer as integrated. Another delay. Fitters from a 3rd party arrived and replaced the fridge, then told they weren’t replacing the freezer. Now told we are having a part replaced on the freezer in 2 weeks. Expecting delay in visit, part out of stock etc. just appalling service. I’ve been holding while typing this to register the guarantee on the fridge. Currently 20 mins. Great 👍🏻

Bought a Tumble Dryer Hose for £20 that fell apart during the first six months... they just weren't interested!

Avoid at all cost. We purchased a commercial washing machine from them. The inverter went just after 12 months from new. We have a number of commercial washing machines, mainly Girbau's, and the only one to have a problem so soon after purchase from new is the Electrolux. It is very rare for an inverter to go so soon after initial purchase. I raised this with Electrolux and they were not remotely interested in assisting us in the matter as the warranty had expired by 10 days.

As a growing business, we will never purchase an Electrolux machine again. And will revert back to purchasing Girbau.

Purchased fridge/freezer with a 2 year manufacturer warranty. Started developing problems after 2 months. Contacted them, engineer sent out. Problem still continued. Engineer came out 3 times all to same problem. That's when Electrolux as a company just wasn't interested anymore in me as a customer. I asked for a replacement fridge freezer as by now it had started to ruin the housing unit it sits in. (Brand new kitchen)
They suddenly now say the warranty is invalid (even though engineer been out 3 times). I considered & told Electrolux by email that i woulfld take them to the governments small claims court for the costs but you havd to pay up front a fee. Also complete lots of on line documents.I have a busy life as do many other customers and have just had to write this off as a bad experience. I will never buy Electrolux again. I own 2 other fridge freezer in 2 places that are both working fine and have been doing for 5 years plus. Also their customer service do not try and wriggle out of customers problems.

3rd Electrolux Ultimatecare 900 delivered day before yesterday and broke down yesterday. Lasted me all of 2 washes!! The machine came with the travel plugs in the machine but the drum was moving freely. Third of the same machine within one week. The first one I refused as it was not tied down in the truck by the delivery driver. The second one my Removalist picked up and it had litres of water in it. The third one as mentioned above did not even last a day all together. An $1800 washing machine literally been the biggest headache and a nightmare to deal with Electrolux. Never again will I purchase anything Electrolux!

Contacted the company in February and they still have not answered my concerns. Is it possible to give no stars?

Impossible to contact - after answering loads of questions, left on hold to be put in a queue which when eventually calls you back, no one there.

It shouldn't be this difficult to try to give a company money to buy a part!

Comprato frigorifero ad incasso luglio 2022, non funziona ed il tecnico mi ha detto che è irreparabile per rottura serpentina gas e che si tratta di difetto del frigorifero stesso. Mi chiedo come sia possibile che un azienda che reputavo di qualità proponga come soluzione il cambio con riduzione (per l’acquisto on Line ) del 35% per LORO certamente molto conveniente. Meno di 3 anni per un frigorifero è IMBARAZZANTE ed a livello di ecologia è vergognoso fare prodotti da ridurre in rifiuti in così poco tempo.
NON COMPRERÒ MAI PIÙ DA LORO.

luglio 2022 oggi è stato il tecnico e mi ha detto che non si può riparare a causa problema serpenti a gas difettosa.
Pensavo di aver preso un prodotto di qualità e mi ritrovo a dover

Ordino online quotidianamente ma un servizio clienti del genere mai ricevuto!!!
Ordinato un vetro esterno di un forno electolux,nonostante abbia controllato più volte la compatibilità del vetro con il mio forno mi è arrivato un vetro non compatibile.
Ho contattato più volte il servizio clienti tramite e-mail con diversi indirizzi e mai ho ricevuto risposta.
Ripeto,un servizio clienti indecente!!!
Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare un prodotto electrolux!!!

We moved into a new build a year and a half ago, the lamp in our oven stopped working over the weekend, could be an electrical fault or burnt out light. Still under warranty, however apparently if it’s just the bulb and no fault they will charge me a minimum call out fee of £169! Honestly their customer service is a shamble. I now understand why so many negative reviews!

Avoid, drawers of freezers all cracked as plastic lighter than that of handle. Customer service will not assist even though purchase was made not even a year ago and Sale of goods and supply of services act of 1980 clearly broken . Total infringement on consumer rights. Plus this poses a dangerous safety hazard to my child. As 4 new drawers are required not even a discount was offered despite asking. All was fine was given a list of suppliers of where I can buy myself. Shocking
