My experience with Electrolux has been abysmal. Not only is their customer service disrespectful, unprofessional and sleazy in its sales strategies, but their insurance offering is completely misleading.

I was told that by paying a monthly fee, all repairs would be covered and that replacement would be an option if the appliance could not be repaired. Despite this, my oven has still not been repaired, and they are refusing to replace it on the basis that some functions still work, even though the appliance is clearly faulty and not operating as it should.

Overall, the service does not reflect what was promised, and I would not recommend Electrolux to anyone.

We’ve moved into a new build and so far it’s been the worst experience with Electrolux. Their helpline tried but their engineer company is ridiculous. 2 failed visits and awful service. I wish we didn’t have Electrolux appliances.

My dishwasher broke in September. It's now mid December and it still hasn't been fixed.

Every time a new appointment is made I seem to have to wait a minimum of 10 days, appointments then get cancelled without any notice meaning I've wasted days of annual leave waiting for an engineer to arrive.

There is absolutely no urgency to get the issue fixed from either AEG, Pacifica, or Electrolux AND they have the gall to take your money up front so they lock you in to this Kafkaesque nonsense.

Had I known what I know now I'd have just bought a new washing machine, however as they've taken £160 of my money to not fix my washing machine, I can't afford to buy a new one.

Very likely I won't have a dishwasher working over the Christmas holidays which is just fabulous news.

Customer service is abysmally bad. Most companies will give you the option of having someone call you back if their customer service reps are busy, but not this one, and the chat service is equally maddening. ALSO, there seems to be no way to contact them by email. It's as if they don't give a damn about their customers. How these people manage to stay in business is beyond me

We have a fridge/freezer ENN2743AOV.

It came with out new build property and failed with-in 5 years but conveniently outside of their 2 year guarantee.

I am not talking about something that broke and needed a repair, the technician said the whole thing would need to be replaced and completely had failed and there was no fixing it.

This is not a brand that is meant to go the distance. They do not stand behind their product either, I called to tell them that the hole product failed and they said they could send me to their sales team so I could be a new one. As if I would purchase another to fail in 5 years. No thank you.

If you want quality than do not buy an Electrolux Fridge/Freezer

Really awful repair service through their contractors Pacifica. Paid for a repair nearly 4 months ago and still waiting for the engineer to actually fix my tumble dryer. Multiple no shows, cancellations, damaged parts. Do not use this service!!!!

We brought a Fridge Freezer just over 2 years ago. The warranty ran out in September but had issues at the end of June this year so it was in warranty. The engineers had been out 6 times to try and fix our product and with 5 different engineers , they each had there own idea of what was wrong. Yesterday an engineer came out and spoke to Electrolux , who then in turn wrote the product off.
I phoned Electrolux this morning asking when a new fridge freezer would be delivered, only to be told its out of warranty and you will have to pay for a new one. I explained that this has been going on since it was in warranty but the guy on the end of the phone said he couldn't do anything. Absolutely disgusted isn't the word.
I have 3 other items from them and I will never buy one of there products again.

Moved into a new house 6 months ago. All appliance were Electrolux. Both the fridge and oven have broken in that time. We have had 6 awful failed visits from their quaranty engineers which has completely wasted our time and not actually fixed the issues. We have had to get a different fridge and get an independent electrician to fix the awful build quality on the ovens plug (which could have set fire to our whole kitchen).

How I wish I'd read these reviews before we employed Electrolux to repair our cooker! John Lewis dual fuel cooker developed an intermittent fault just out of it's 3 year warranty, JL advised contacting Electolux.co.uk. They repaired it for £149, including part and labour with 3 year warranty including 1 year on electronic. Within a few months the cooker developed the exact same fault as before. We have been corresponding with Electrolux since March. They offer to replace the faulty part they supplied and fitted, but insist on charging us for labour to fit it. We asked for a refund, or for a replacement part and we will get a local firm to fit it, but Electrolux insist on is to charge us to install a new part. Reading other reviews, this could be interpreted as a money making scam: faulty parts are fitted and customers are charged for the labour to replace them?

inclassificabile, pessimo prodotto (acquistato da pochi mesi) dunque è da sconsigliare, nessuna assistenza. Risulta estremamente difficile l'accensione dei fornelli, puoi stare minuti con il rumore dell'accensione a scintilla ma il gas non si accende in fiamma. Pure il forno è pessimo per il ristagno di vapori. Consiglio vivamente l'Electrolux di rivedere la qualità dei suoi prodotti (si chiama collaudo).

Contacted Electrolux customer service by post on 16th October regarding information on a light bulb for my Zanussi oven as the website information given was incorrect. To date - a month later - have still received no response. Oven is great - a shame the same cannot be said for customer service and after sales.

Ho acquistato un piano cottura a gas metano più di un anno fa, subito mi sono accorta che l'acciaio del piano si macchiava, i fuochi si annerivano e le icone si sbiadivano. Ho contattato il mio venditore ma incassato il bonifico è sparito. Ho contattato il servizio clienti Electrolux pensando di poter ancora avere assistenza, essendo il prodotto in garanzia, mi hanno dato, tramite email suggerimenti come, pulire la cucina acquistando i loro prodotti. Ho quasi settant'anni e di cucine ne ho esperienza. Uso ancora una cucina Lofra di oltre venti anni, senza aloni, lucente e con i simboli nitidi. Electrolux pessima esperienza e pessima assistenza e prodotto scadente.

Never buy Electrolux
The worst product and customer experience ever. A fridge that stopped cooling at 2.5 years old, just outside warranty. Customer Service were so fast to have me pay for repairs upfront and get a service person over the next day. I was told that the repair would happen the next week however it has not happened for two weeks. I escalated the urgency not only due to not having a fridge for 2 weeks but also due to the sale of the house and the fridge being integrated into the kitchen. There was no escalation at all from Electrolux other than words. I am now sat here with a service man repairing the fridge whilst the new owners of the house are trying to move in. I will never buy an electrolux product from this experience aside from the fridge itself clearly being an inferior product in the first instance.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Electrolux and Pacifica regarding an out-of-warranty fridge freezer repair.

The issue was first reported at the end of July because the fridge was occasionally freezing food. Since then, it’s now November, and after around eight engineer visits, the appliance is still not working. In fact, it’s in worse condition than when this all started.

One of the engineers’ interventions in September actually caused both the fridge and freezer to stop working completely, meaning we’ve been without a functioning fridge or freezer ever since.

The customer service and appointment management have been equally poor. I’ve had to chase them multiple times because, despite being told someone would contact me to book appointments, no one did. Appointments were moved or cancelled without notice and without checking my availability. The most recent appointment was cancelled with no notification at all — I only found out by checking the service portal myself.

When I contacted them, I was told the fridge had been deemed irreparable and that I would receive an exchange, but again, no one reached out to confirm or arrange it. I was assured on 04/11 that someone would call me back with an update that same day. It’s now the evening of 06/11, and I’m still waiting.

Overall, this has been a nightmare experience — months without a working fridge, repeated service failures, and complete lack of communication. I would not recommend Electrolux or Pacifica repair services to anyone.

Service, warranty and parts all one big fail. Please please don't buy Zanussi we used to buy for over 20 years never again. Any other brand under the Electrolux and "Pacifa" repair group it's one big scam. Before they try to remove this it's a repair service for a 15 month old dryer that died, unbelievable behaviour and service.

Electrolux’s products and customer service are both an utter disgrace. I bought a new build home which had Electrolux appliances installed and, quite simply, I will never use their appliances again. My washer/dryer developed a fault within the guarantee period, and the engineer that Electrolux sent out fixed it, however, it soon failed again. Because when the repair failed fell outside of the warranty period, Electrolux couldn’t give a damn about the fault anymore, and claim the faulty machine and shoddy repair is nothing to do with them. They will not entertain repairing or replacing my machine, despite numerous attempts to escalate my complaint. I just hit a brick wall!

Products that’s cost the best part of £1000 shouldn’t fail within the warranty period. And if they do the manufacturer should step up.

My advice to anybody considering an Electrolux appliance (including Zanussi and AEG brands) is to buy something reliable, from a company that provides decent customer support and after sales care. Avoid this company at all costs.

If I could give them zero I would our first washing machine lasted just over a year and was damaged. We then got another one and less than 10 months later it is damaged again been 3 weeks still no repairs. They're denying all fault and messages from the supplier even though I was cc'd into the emails. Shocking company.

Absolutely AWFUL!!! Customer service sends you in a loophole, can’t speak to anyone. Avoid avoid avoid. Totally useless

Left my washing machine blocking use of my dishwasher so I cannot access/use it - been on phone to Electrolux who won’t help until Wednesday. I am a wheelchair user and have essential feeding equipment trapped in there. I have left a really angry message with the engineer which is my own problem but I am being screwed over left right and centre at the moment and this time I paid £170 for the privilege.
Spoke to Lauren earlier in the day who was clearly lying through her teeth and ultimately did nothing. Just now, Richard who nearly didn’t give me his name hung up on me after I said thank-you and explained I was annoyed at the situation not him. Was going to give positive feedback on him so that’s a shame. Failed at every point of contact. Great job.

Acquistato un elettrodomestico Elettrolux dal sito ufficiale, dopo 1 anno non funziona, vorrei farlo riparare in garanzia come tutti gli elettrodomestici con 24 mesi di garanzia...assistenza inesistente, non rispondono alle mail, Elettrolux ti rimbalza a centri assistenza che non rispondono al telefono e alle mail, ho questo elettrodomestico non funzionante da più di 6 mesi e non so come fare a farlo riparare prima che scada la garanzia.
Sarà il mio ultimo acquisto da questo brand.
