Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from their ‘customer service’. I’ve emailed them multiple times since the weekend (I understand they don’t work weekends, which is fine) but it’s now Tuesday and I have heard nothing.

I love their designs and my main reason for ordering was their Christmas Eve Santa plate and I checked the tracking which stated insufficient customs paperwork (a mess up on their end). I’m annoyed as I have heard nothing and would just like my order resent as I don’t want to miss out on this item due to their incompetence.

1 order , 2 sent package , I had to pay tax twice.

Have to say how impressed I am with how quick my order was processed and delivered.
I ordered 4 of the Zodiac Zip bags on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday, amazed at how quick they came and super pleased with the quality as these have been bought for gifts for my sisters for when we go on holiday next week, definatley a Company I will be using more.

I’ve been waiting 8 weeks for some wallpaper and it still hasn’t arrived. It incorrectly got marked as dispatched to begin with - which I only found out after sending an email asking where the product was. Since then I have emailed a couple of times for an update and after a day or two I have had a response but I shouldn’t have to chase when they’ve already taken my money. More proactive updates when items are delayed would be better customer service. So I have no idea when it will arrive or what the quality will be but so far I’m not impressed…

My wife loves Eleanor Bowmer, but sadly I wouldn't recommend buying any glass ware as pretty much all the glasses we bought, the print has come away 😔 down to our last glass

My order was delivered with an item missing, I contact customer services and they were great, sent a replacement out within a few days, very apologetic saying they will make sure they speak to the relevant teams to ensure it doesn’t happen again. My 1 star is for that interaction. I receive the replacement, open it, and it’s wrong again. I contact them again with photos but get no response. The website has a returns process, but I can’t return the wrong order as it’s not listed on my orders. I sent a DM on social media incase that helps, no response. I comment on a social media post, as they were active and replying to most comments (at which point I see another customer commenting in the same boat as me, and she received a reply). I get no reply. I contact them again on their customer service address and I receive a response which made it very clear they hadn’t even read my email. They told me the item was delivered to my neighbour, end of email. I reply saying I had the order, but it is wrong for the second time. I say I want to return the order and receive my correct order. No response. I contact them again asking how I can return the order and receive a refund. No response. The returns window has now closed on the website, even though it was not usable for my situation. There is no option for what to do if they make a mistake and send you something incorrect, apart from sitting and waiting for a resolution, which has not come for me. What started off as a very exciting order, for me to gift to my 4 closest friends this year, turned into me having to buy from elsewhere and having lost money.

I have been buying from EB for years and have received 5 Star service every time. Beautiful packaging, excellent communication through-out.

My only issue is I am running out of excuses to use to explain why the mugs keep breeding! He dreads the Christmas duvet and PJ's coming out but I don't listen! haha

Shocking customer service. I placed an order for Christmas in plenty of time.after 10 days I contacted them, I was told my order had been dispatched. LIES. 3 weeks I waited. Extremely slow to answer emails.
If they had someone who actually knew how to treat customers it may help. When you make customers wait that long without warning and lie to them, the least you could do would be to refund delivery charge , instead of being so unapologetic and patronising. Nice items, but will avoid in future due to customer service. There are a lot of smaller businesses all wanting our business,with customer service who know how to treat their customers.

Super happy. Ordered 3 pairs of the christmas pajamas. Arrived within 7 working days. :) Got a lovely reply to my enquiry. Would definitely shop there again.

I ordered from this company on the 21st of January. My order was with DHL on the 25th of January and due for delivery on the 28th. It never arrived and on the 31st of January the DHL tracking said it had been returned to the sender and to contact them. I have sent two emails, contacted them through their website and through PayPal. So four times I have made contact with this company and I still have not heard anything. They still have my money and I have not received the item. The worst customer service experience I have had in quite sometime. I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase from this website.

Orderd two separate order's as I forgot an item, no problem my mistake so happy to pay two lot's of postage,, but, my second order was "dispatched" before my first order, sent an email to ask for updates on the first order as these are for Christmas and thanks to strikes it's hard enough getting item's!, To get not one reply! To either email's so although I do love my item's when I get them as I buy from them a bit! Customer service is useless!
