Great customer service. Had a problem with Evri delivering although the company sent my parcel on time. I contacted them and they got back to me immediately and rectified the situation. Love my Christmas mug and bowls!

Recently I placed an order of various items for Xmas.
Unfortunately, one of the items (mug) got completely broken in transit. I contacted the customer services immediately. I had a prompt reply and replacement mug was dispatched the next day. It was so easy to get help. Very impressive!

Can't comment on the product as I've not received it. Apparently dispatched on 7th October.

Thank you for your quick response when my calendar, a gift, arrived wet and damaged as a result. Purchased as a gift but not suitable to be passed on. Without any quibble, after photographic evidence provided, a replacement was ordered. It arrived yesterday in perfect condition. Thank you for making an unpleasant experience into a happy one.

I recently had an issue with one of my items, which I reported to the team. I received a response super quickly, and a replacement was sent out straight away! 🤩

Great customer service, I had an issue with royal mail, I got in touch with EB and it was resolved within hours.
And the birthday cards were lovely

I ordered the Harlequin Bow Tree Topper, this is a beautiful bow but I did return it as I wished I had looked at the photo clearer as in the material there are black marks, which are suppost to be there, but not to my liking. I also ordered to go with it the 12 Days of Christmas Ceramic Baubles. These are really cute, but I obviously didn't want them as not keeping the Bow. I got hold of the company and no problem, got a returns label and a refund. This was done very quickly. All in all the products are lovely and the Company very quick to reply. I would recommend.

The team were fantastic, I am very happy with the customer support i received when I had to contact them. Everything was resolved very quickly, and i was contacted throughout to make sure I was kept up to date. Thank you to Martine in particular!

Beautiful, colourful designs and 10/10 customer service! I bought a few mugs and small bowls and some of my items arrived cracked and broken. I emailed the CS team with photos of my parcels and was contacted the same day to arrange replacements for the broken pieces. Martine who helped me was so efficient and polite and just a pleasure to deal with!

So far not great. Ordered last Saturday. Tracking never moved from order point. No idea where my order is. The ‘bot’ yesterday will refer to a human. Who knows how long that will take now. No weekend service. So I would not recommend this unless you enjoy stress, time wasting and hassle and no end date to that.
Customer services now say one of the items is out of stock. So this is 8 days post order. Despite this it’s still available to order online. So it’s either available or it isn’t. It's surely false advertising to be letting people buy stuff if it’s not available. I suspect the bag I ordered was released back into system and then got purchased by someone else.
Had they of sent items when I ordered they would not of been out of stock. It’s now out of stock (again?). I can have a refund and 10% off next order (which is less than was off this order). I don’t think there will be a next time. This is an absolute shambles. I would save your time and money and go to a company that functions and sends what you order.

I had such a positive experience with Eleanor Bowmer’s customer service. I contacted them regarding an issue with an item and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. They arranged a replacement for me without any hassle and kept me informed throughout.
It’s so refreshing to receive this level of customer care, and it genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer. I’m very grateful for how everything was handled and wouldn’t hesitate to order from Eleanor Bowmer again.

UPDATE
You have not resolved anything. I keep being told I couldn’t use the discount on what I was buying. That is not correct. The discount code was off everything. I put my item in the basket and applied the discount to try it and it worked fine but I received no response from yourselves. I have now got the bot again asking me for information I have already given. This is not acceptable.

Very disappointed with the customer service which according to other reviews should be good. I messaged yesterday with a query and couldn’t get past the ridiculous bot. It didn’t understand my query and said it would get an agent to contact me straight away - I’ve heard nothing. I messaged this morning re their current discount, they wouldn’t let me use my welcome 10% discount last week but now they are giving 15% off exactly the same deal. I’m fuming. Also, how can customer service be good when you can’t even speak to a real person.

I orderd the new christmas collection and they shipped it to the netherlands ...perfect ....so i have the nicest christmas table in the netherlands 😍 this year thanks so much

Recently ordered from Eleanor Bowmer and experience was great, delivery was completed just in time as a gift for my wife, I mistakenly didn't select a free gift item ad contacted there customer service team and the experience and support was superb. As the wife is a big fan will be ordering from themselves in the future.

I bought a load of crockery from Eleanor B - it's beautiful but, sadly, a couple of pasta bowls got broken en route. I messaged the team and this was sorted out quickly and the replacements were issued, no quibbles. Thanks!

I received a replacement delivery incredibly quickly after my plates arrived damaged, and Dee's support made the whole experience so much better. The packaging was good overall, and the team clearly took the issue seriously and sorted it out fast. These were my first plates since moving to London, so it meant a lot to get this level of care and attention. Great customer service, highly recommend.

I placed my first order with Eleanor Bowmer last week after receiving a couple of their lovely mugs for my birthday. I loved them so much I decided I needed a set of four so ordered a couple more (in the sale so a bargain) as well as a milk jug and storage jar. They arrived within a few days and I loved them. Sadly the storage jar had a chip on the lid but I contacted their Customer care team and Martina arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away and it arrived the next day in perfect condition. Beautiful items and great customer service. I know I’ll be buying more bits for me and for gifts

I recently purchased a few mugs, a keyring, a notebook, a card, and a gift bag and honestly they’re the cutest things ever!
I feel like I connected so much with the items I purchased, they’re so beautiful and functional. Tiny things for everyday use to keep one happy.

They arrived really well packed. The card was sent separately to avoid it being damaged.

Will definitely buy from them again!
