The issue I had to raise was incidentally due to Royal Mail interfering with my package - this wasn’t anything that these guys had done.
As my package arrives half opened, a couple of items were missing and one was damaged.
Straight away replacements were ordered and despatched.
I couldn’t have asked for anything more
Prompt, polite and resolved
The items are also lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again in the future

I have a couple issues ( one with the postal service was at fault) and immediately they corrected the issue.
I did have issues with ordering international at first and the customer service helped me figure out why. They get back to you within a reasonable time frame. I will definitely be purchasing more. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service. One of the items I ordered had a fault with it, I emailed a photo in and I heard back within an hour offering a replacement. This came out to me within a couple of days. I am very happy with the service provided as well as the quality of the items. Thank you

I ordered some glassware in the Christmas sale, unfortunately one item had smashed in transit. I emailed straight away but didn't expect an immediate response due to it being between Christmas and New year, however was please to receive an email back apologising and confirming that a whole new set would be sent.
Customer service were quick and I was happy with their response and outcome however I have only given 4 stars as there was nothing on the box to confirm it was fragile and the wrapping/packing meant that movement was inevitable.

Ordered two mugs and they arrived beautifully packaged and in lovely boxes. Definitely worth the money. I will be using this company again.

I ordered a teapot for a Christmas present, it arrived promptly but unfortunately it was broken. I emailed with photos and received an email by return. I received another email 2 hours later to say they would investigate and would put a replacement in the post. This arrived next day. Fantastic service, polite, quick, no quibble replacement. Can’t recommend highly enough, would definitely use again. Thank you.

Ordered 4 items:
2 mugs - 1 arrived damaged
2 prints - 1 arrived with additional text over the print.

I wouldn’t say the service/ quality of the items warrants the price. I have had to raise an issue with 2 of the 4 items to get them replaced, won’t order in the future to save the effort!

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. It has now been nearly three weeks, and I am still waiting for a response. Despite multiple follow-ups, I continue to be told to allow “1–2 more days”, which repeatedly pass with no resolution.

The core issue is misleading pricing and a lack of transparency on the website, which has still not been corrected:
• International customers are not clearly warned about additional import fees. This information is buried in small print and is not obvious at checkout.
• The website does not correctly convert currency, meaning you end up paying more than the price shown.
• Discounts appear to apply, yet the final checkout total does not match earlier pricing.
• I was charged an unexpected £32 import fee, nearly the cost of the order itself.

All of these errors originated from their system, yet every issue had to be identified, calculated, and corrected by me as the customer, including working out the correct refund amount. Nothing was proactively flagged or resolved by customer service.

Customer support has been slow, inconsistent, and reactive. I have had to repeatedly chase, re-explain the same issues, and wait weeks for responses that never arrive. At no point has there been a clear apology for the incorrect pricing, unexpected charges, or the prolonged delay.

Most concerning is that the website remains unchanged, meaning other customers, particularly those outside the UK, are likely still being caught out.

Until pricing is transparent, currency conversion is fixed, and customer service follows through with accountability, I would not recommend ordering.

Item was never delivered. Ordered 1st December and still by the 12th showing as not shipped on the tracking. No response from multiple messages and emails. Eventually I went through my payment provider to cancel the order and refund me. Would not recommend.

Horrible customer service, they take forever to respond and even when they do they don’t actually say anything helpful. Would never recommend purchasing from this site, the customer service is a red flag! Spent lots on wallpaper and not getting any help from the customer service team. Save your money and get it from someone more trustworthy

We have received an unsolicited package of greetings cards from this company, with no explanation and no covering correspondence. We have no idea how they have got our name and address. They are going in the bin.
Update:-
Further to the above review, it is now apparent that I over-reacted to what I thought was unsolicited mail. What actually happened is that our daughter, who lives nearby, went on holiday and, without telling us, ordered this package and arranged for delivery to us whilst she was away. I have therefore amended this to a 5* review and offer my apologies to eleanorbowmer for my hasty reaction.
The cards do actually look very good.

2 orders placed, first one had no issues but second arrived with one mug unfortunately broken.

I emailed on Sunday evening and by Monday morning at 10.41 I had a reply and a replacement order placed on my behalf. This order arrived perfectly on the Wednesday! Excellent customer service.

I would like to suggest that the packaging is reviewed as the mugs are just shipped in a cardboard box with no real protective packaging and the Christmas jug was just wrapped in a little bit of paper which wasn't even secured around the jug, this feels quite risky! And, having read other reviews, is leading to some dissatisfied customer.

I would absolutely order again though.

WOW! I have just discovered this brand and absolutely love their Christmas product. I ordered a sack and stocking and they are absolutely beautiful, even better in real life!!

I had an amazing experience with Laura from customer service. Unfortunately, one of the products I ordered was damaged on arrival due to shipping. I quickly raised this with customer service and Laura was both apologetic and extremely helpful. She had the issue resolved quickly and stayed in touch throughout the process. I am so happy with my purchases and delighted for it to have been resolved thoroughly and quickly!

I ordered some plates from the new Christmas collection, a milk jug, table runner, biscuit tin and some bowls.

I spent nearly £200 on this order and the milk jug and plate arrived smashed. The products were literally thrown in a cardboard box with minimal protection, no bubble wrap, just paper.

I contacted Eleanor bowmer and they rectified the issue swiftly and dispatched another milk jug and plate

The replacement items arrived and the plate was smashed! Again! And once again, no bubble wrap or any kind of protection

I emailed them last weekend and still haven't had a response. I sent a follow up email yesterday and again, no response

I've been a loyal customer for years and have many EB products at home but this experience has really put me off the brand!
