Having used the efax service for a number of years, we were in no longer use of it, instead using email etc. But I will say the customer service, in our case Eveldina, would like to say she was very helpful and sorted all our issues when we had any.

Helpful and friendly customer service. We no longer used the service and wished to cancel our subscription. The assistant was helpful and offered other services that might be useful to us.

Customer service is exceptional by Elizabeth.

eFax send me an e-mail that I have a problem with my credit-card. This mail had been send to the old e-mail-adress. When I want to contact my account, it was´nt running. I called eFax where a friendly lady helped me to solve the problem. She was patient because I had trouble understanding some things; I have poor hearing. She gave me a good assistance

We had to make some changes to our account, and the support team were very helpful. I had email exchanges with Elizabeth V who sorted out what we needed to do very quickly.

I tried multiple times to send a fax. First through website then through email. After 10 attempts or so only one page was actually sent. I have been charged £7.20 per day or in some cases multiple times per day. I've cancelled and asked for refund. In the end I was able to use Dropbox fax which took 1 x to successfully send. I wouldn't recommend using this service

Elizabeth helped me to resolve the issue I was having sending faxes efficiently and politely and I was quickly back up and running again.

Long hold but when you reach an agent they are very helpful. I spoke with Elizabeth V who was very efficient and kind.
