My fax didn't go through 4 times. I signed up for this service because their site explicitly advertised a "14-day free trial," but my account was charged immediately on day one. When I contacted support to request a refund for the unauthorized charge, they tried to frame the return of my money as a "goodwill gesture" rather than correcting their own billing error. To their credit, they did process the full refund within a few days after I pointed out the issue, but the misleading trial setup and initial response were frustrating. Especially as the service didn't even work. Be sure to carefully check your bank statement if you sign up for a trial with them.

Wanted to cancel my subscription, because I don't really use e-fax. Mrs Elizebeth V was most helpful and polite. Our correspondence was effortless and to-the-point. Upon posing my request she responded on time and we sorted out the cancellation very quickly. Appreciate the assistance
