Ecco Verde Arvostelua 

As a vegan, I've ordered from this website several times, they even let us chose the sample we want (which is better so we don't throw away the useless ones). I am very happy about all my orders and I do recommend :o)

Ordered on Sunday and arrived by UPS on Thursday which is good going to UK. I paid by PayPal after reading the negative reviews so I had some security but had no problems. The Weleda stuff I ordered was almost half the price of Holland and Barrett.
I read that they no longer sell products made in Russia but not sure if they still sell to Russia.
Overall very happy with my first experience and hope it wasn’t a one off!

I was a customer at Ecco-verde for about nine years. Recently my Visa Debit card was declined when trying to place an order with them (the same card I always use, and which I had never had a problem with before). I contacted my bank to ask if there was an issue with my card. They said no, and looked into my order attempt at ecco-verde. It turned out that ecco-verde hadn't adjusted their payment-system to recently introduced new measures agreed across all banks, which results in some cards being automatically declined. My bank said all retailers had been informed about these new measures and that some were slow to adjust their systems. They said that it could be easily resolved by the retailer, and that I should contact them. When I contacted ecco-verde to explain the situation, customer service basically said it wasn't their problem and I should go elsewhere. No attempt whatsoever was made to resolve the issue. I thought this was extremely arrogant and rude. I guess they can afford to lose customers.

PS.: Others have commented that ecco-verde supports Russia's war in Ukraine. I guess that fits with their general attitude towards people.

I want a refund.

My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday, they didn’t attempt a delivery as a live in a hotel and there are 2 receptionist at the reception. I then called UPS talked to a customer service representative and a manager, they promised me that my shampoo will be delivered on Saturday.
Waited untill Saturday noon and again called rhe customer service, the employee who picked up the phone was rude and couldn’t do anything.
Today my package was supposed to be delivered i waited outside the hotel until i received an email that i ,,missed my delivery.”
Honestly i just texted the customer service, they can’t promise anything.
I want a refund and don’t want the shampoo, i don’t have the patience to deal neither with you or them, as i have previously told you that i’m leaving the country.
I am deeply disappointed by your customer service and was thinking of ordering more things from you, but since you work with UPS and take no responsibility for your customers satisfaction i’m going to leave a poor review and the least you can do is refund my money.
That was a very frustrating experie
***note that i ordered my item on the 19th of February, this is not a delivery from another continent we are simply talking about Europe…..

I bought Khadi dark brown color from Violey.com a few times and it cowered my grey hair excellently. Last time I bought some packages of Khadi dark brown from Ecco-Verde.si, the product did not deserve the name color. The texture of the powder was rougher than usual and it did not cover grey hair at all. Does Ecco-Verde.si intentionally sell those low-quality products to east European countries?

I wonder if I am the only one who is bothered by this. I ordered the products. They came with no packages or seals on the lids. One of the product's lid was closed with ordinary tape. I do appreciate and support reducing plastics and cartons used for packaging, but these are cosmetic products and I do think it is still possible to provide safe sealing while being environmentally conscious, i.e. very small seal on the lids of the cosmetics (not a gift packing tape) and/or tiny aluminum caps on the tip of the creams under the cap or a simple locking mechanism on the lids to make sure that the products are safely packed by the manufacturer and unopened by anyone else, but the first user who bought them. Unfortunately, none of the products have any of these which has made me question the reliability of the products. I am still very surprised how this has not been an issue for the company so far.

Extrêmement déçu mon colis à été envoyé dans un point ups dans une autre ville à plus de 2h de chez moi !!! Il n'ont pas respecté mon choix de livraison.
N'étant pas véhiculé je perds 50€ merci eco verde et juste avant les fêtes quel déception commander sur leur site c'est comme si J'avait jeté 50€"a la poubelle !!!!!

Bad customer service.

I have ordered an item over a week ago. It first took a few days until I’ve received the dispatch notification. Then the product got held at customs due to missing information provided by the sender.

I was planning to use the product this weekend for an event, when I reached out to the customer service they just responded with something along the lines “we’ve sent you a new one have good day”. The delivery fee for this order was quite high and I wouldn’t have ordered from them in the first place if I knew it would take 2 weeks to be delivered. They don't care about my situation and don't even consider to find a compromise or compensation for this. I will return the item once received just because I don't want to give a company that doesn't value it's customers business.

Will never order from them again.

Es una estafa, engaño absoluto, pedí cremas de 120ml, mirado y remirado por mi y señora, y van y me mandan pruebas de 10ml, todo el dinero en envíos y embalaje.
Timo total, 15 euros por tres pruebas de cremas??? Quien compra eso???
Me han estafado y ni siquiera me han dicho nada.
ESTAFADORES Engañosos.

NO Compréis, que os envían lo que quieren.

Its a really good online shop. Been ordering from them for many many years already. Pretty wide selection, I do wish it were wider though, but I understand that no single shop can carry all brands. What they do offer is really good for the most part in regards to being truly natural/organic, lacking of toxic chemicals. But yeah I still miss a few of my favourite brands that they don't carry. They also discontinued a few brands that I really liked - bummer! Prices are good, fair. Sometimes they have sales. Really fast shipping. Free shipping if you don't mind stocking up each order. In the past I would say customer service was really good but lately they have made a few irritating mistakes; like shipping the wrong item, completely forgetting some items even though its including in the packaging list, taking too long to reply, not offering acceptable solutions, not clearly communicating all possible solutions in the first place, taking too long to resolve the issue causing long delays in the arrival of products I paid for weeks ago...I'm gonna guess that this might all be due to the pandemic. Increased demand, more stress, people rush their work and make mistakes. I can understand it but its still not good. Hence 4 instead of 5 stars. Still highly recomendable.
