Schnelle Lieferung, gute Ware und Qualität. Ich finde es gut das man rechtzeitig die Ware stornieren kann Bestellungen ändern(hatte es ein zweites Mal storniert weil die Ware Anfang des nächsten Monats geliefert werden soll und dann wurde es eine Woche vorgezogen das paste mir mit der Zeit nicht) so wie man es braucht. Den Shop kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Très bon site de produits bio et naturels de qualité à tous les prix et souvent moins cher qu'en France car se sont souvent des produits italiens et allemands. Je n'ai jamais été déçue de la livraison, rapide dans un colis parfait, les produits sont bien emballés et même scotchés.

Excellent webshop. I've discovered them some 3 years ago and been a loyal customer ever since. They have a huge collection of brands to choose from. They only feature true organic and certified Eco brands. Honest customer reviews on the website that are really helpful. Customer service I only had to use once because one package arrived damaged due to transport and a product was lost. After showing them a picture of the damage I got a refund without any problems. I also like it you are able to choose which carrier you want to use for transport. You can choose between DHL and UPS (at least for the Netherlands, not sure for other countries).

Schon sehr oft und sehr viel bestellt - immer zufrieden. Lieferung erfolgt am selben Tag - in Graz sogar gratis mit Fahrradkurier. Kundenservice war bisher immer spitze.

I ordered two products for my summer holidays, way in advance to make sure I will receive my suncream on time. The delivery guy didn't find my place WHILE I HAVE A CONCIERGE IN MY BUILDING who is in charge of collecting package for the building - now my package is back to ecco verde AND they don't want to send me another one, they want to wait to receive my old package to send it me back ! MEANING I won't have it for my holidays! send me others products asap ! thank you !

The customers service is in the very low standard. As others have mentioned, products does not match the description. Products labeled "fragrance free" smell strongly of perfume, like Nivea cream, and not like an organic, sensitive friendly and fragrance free cream like the description.
They refuse to take any responsibility for anything. They have a lot to learn from other online shops, focusing on customer service, like iherb, vitacost and others.
A lot of the products are good though.

Never had a problem with anything while shopping on this website. Good prices, fast delivery and eco friedly packaging.

Muy bien siempre hasta que recibo un producto de la marca “100% pure” sin precinto de estreno y aparentemente usado. La gestión de la incidencia fue incorrecta. Me parecen usureros y con poca elegancia comercial. Las marcas que venden son buenas pero la descripción de los productos debería ser más precisa. Indicar si el bote es de vidrio o de plástico, p.ej.

Productos de calidad a un precio asequible. El servicio inmejorable, jamás he tenido un problema con ellos, llega en 1 semana con información en todo momento y todos los productos y muestras perfectos. Da gusto saber que puedes contar con empresas de confianza.

Llegó el pedido erróneo, pero al final al solucionado todo.
Muy recomendable, gama de productos muy buena.
Descripción de productos muy correcta en la página, y además portes gratis a partir de 50€.

I love this online shop as they have many vegan cosmetics and beauty products for very good prices. Free delivery as from 39€ in Belgium. Highly recommended !
