Slechte klantenservice
De klantenservice van de webshop reageert enkel alleen in het Engels. Bij een grote bestelling ontbrak één van mijn producten. Ik kwam hier zelf pas laat achter. Ik had er niet aan gedacht om de doos stuk voor stuk te controleren of alles wel geleverd was.
In eerste instantie beloofde de webshop een voucher ter compensatie. Toen ik later om die voucher vroeg voor een nieuwe bestelling (ik bestel namelijk niet maandelijks voor €100 aan make-up) gaven ze aan dat ik de voucher niet meer kreeg omdat mijn nieuwe bestelling te lang duurde. Erg jammer allemaal. Ik zal voortaan mijn producten bij een andere webshop kopen.

Hartelijk dank voor uw recensie. Wij willen graag reageren op uw feedback.
U plaatste uw bestelling in november 2023 en nam vervolgens in januari 2024 contact met ons op om aan te geven dat er een product ontbrak. Onze klantenservice bood u toen een tegoedbon aan en verzocht om een reactie van uw kant. Deze tegoedbon was bedoeld als blijk van goede wil. Helaas hebben wij nadien niets meer van u vernomen. Nu neemt u opnieuw contact met ons op en geeft u aan dat u de tegoedbon niet heeft ontvangen. Op dit punt willen wij benadrukken dat wij in januari specifiek hebben gevraagd om een reactie. Aangezien er twee maanden lang geen contact is geweest, gingen wij ervan uit dat u het ontbrekende product al had gevonden of dat u wellicht geen interesse meer had in de tegoedbon.
Wij vragen uw begrip voor het feit dat wij ons uiterste best hebben gedaan om u tevreden te stellen. Echter, om tot een passende oplossing te komen, is het nodig dat onze klanten ook hun medewerking verlenen.

Bedrijf maakt fout, zeer klantonvriendelijk
Helaas stuurde het bedrijf een fout product, waardoor ik een product dubbel ontving en niet kreeg wat ik bestelde. Ik stelde voor het te houden, omdat terugsturen me niet zo ecologisch leek en ik ook niet mobiel ben(waarom ik dus voor thuislevering koos) als er toch een tegemoetkoming van hun kant was. Ik kreeg reactie dat ik blij mocht zijn dat ik niet enkele euro’s moest bijbetalen, want wat ze fout opstuurden was iets duurder. Stond even met mijn mond vol tanden. Je krijgt een fout product, moet er zelf voor opdraaien, want retour van een fout wordt uiteraard niet aan huis opgehaald en ik mag blij zijn dat ik niet moet bijbetalen voor de fout. Een normale reactie was dit product half terug te betalen (Max €6 wat gelijk staat aan de retourkost) of tenminste enige procentuele tegemoetkoming te geven aangezien de klant helemaal niet om deze situatie gevraagd heeft. Klantvriendelijkheid 0,00 in de volgende mails. Het duurt al 2 weken en er is niets van tegemoetkoming. Had beter iemand extern gevraagd om het terug te brengen naar de post.
Ecco verde reageert nu na deze review dat ze toch een korting gaven. Wat helemaal niet te zien is op mijn rekening of in de communicatie.

We have unfortunately sent you two wrong products. We definitely apologise for this inconvenience. Our Customer Care has offered you the options of having the goods exchanged (with return) or you can keep the goods at no extra cost. You mentioned that you are not mobile and would therefore like to keep the products. As the products you received are slightly more expensive than the original product, our colleague applied a discount. She has done this so that you don't have any additional costs and as a nice gesture.
Unfortunately, we don't understand why you consider us to be customer-unfriendly. However, as we would like to learn from your experience, we would ask you to describe your review in more detail. Thank you very much!

The opposite of sustainable & green friendly
Impossible people, DHL did not leave enough information for where they send the package for a pick-up, and as a customer I have been told that the sender should trace that. Ecco-verde just replied that they will send my money back when DHL returns the package to them, not even bothering to check where the package is, and giving me this information. After a month, I am still waiting for my money back, and receiving stupid emails from Ecco-verde, giving me updates such as "Oh, DHL returned your package, we wonder why".

Ich habe oft bei Ecco Verde bestellt. Die letzte Bestellung ist nie angekommen und der Kundenservice war nicht behilflich. Das Geld habe ich nicht erstattet bekommen. Seitdem kaufe ich hier nicht mehr ein.

Mon colis avait été volé
Mon colis avait été volé, malgré le fait que Colissimo l'indiquait comme livré.
J'ai fait une réclamation, et j'ai reçu un nouveau colis , cette fois ci en point relais. Merci de m'avoir fait confiance car je n'avais aucune preuve du vol, EccoVerde m'a aussi proposé le remboursement du colis volé. Donc très bon service client. Je commande régulièrement et depuis des années. Bons produits de qualité. Je suis très satisfaite.

Livraison à domicile par Colis Privé ??? Non merci...
Je commande depuis plusieurs années sur le site, mais je suis dépitée de découvrir qu’aujourd’hui (21/02/2024), Ecco Verde a choisi Colis Privé, société de livraison cauchemardesque, comme nouveau et seul transporteur pour les livraisons à domicile en France (probablement par souci d’économie).
La société Colis Privé propose certainement des tarifs avantageux aux magasins, ce qu’ils peuvent sans doute se permettre en embauchant un personnel payé au lance-pierre qui fournit un service à la hauteur de sa paie, c’est-à-dire minable…
Ma dernière expérience avec cette société (datant du 14/12/2023) est un colis contenant 2 flacons en verre, que le livreur avait balancé par-dessus le portail alors que j’étais en ligne avec lui pour lui confirmer l’adresse et en train de descendre pour récupérer le colis.
J’apprends également dans un échange avec Ecco Verde que les livraisons Colissimo à domicile ces derniers temps sont également catastrophiques, ce que les avis Trustpilot me confirment. Une même politique d’embauche de livreurs au rabais m’a donc l’air en vogue en ce moment.
Concernant le seul point de retrait proposé dans ma ville pour une livraison en point relais par UPS, il s’agit d’un tabac, et pas le plus proche…
Je ne commande pas des produits bio, pour au final être obligée d’aller respirer les cigarettes des fumeurs du coin en allant retirer mes colis.
J’ai donc proposé en dernier recours que mes colis soient livrés à la Poste (par exemple par Chronopost ou quel que soit le transporteur), ce qui ne paraît pas envisageable.
Après l’augmentation exponentielle des tarifs, la suppression de Paypal dans les moyens de paiement, la suppression de UPS (avec qui je n’ai jamais eu de soucis) pour les livraisons à domicile et maintenant de Colissimo, prendre Colis Privé comme transporteur c’est la goutte de trop…
Je ne prendrai pas le risque d’une énième mésaventure avec Colis Privé,
En conclusion, tant que le seul transporteur proposé sera Colis privé pour les livraisons à domicile et aucune alternative envisagée pour un retrait dans un lieu sûr et pas trop éloigné, je ne passerai plus commande chez Ecco Verde.
Update du 22/02/2024 :
J'ai découvert le changement de transporteur au moment où je voulais passer une commande pendant une promotion valable du 20/02/2024 au 21/02/2024.
Aujourd’hui, lendemain de la promotion, j’apprends que la livraison Colissimo à domicile est de nouveau d’actualité.

Nouvelle promotion de 10% proposée et retour de Colis Privé...

Bestelling goed aangekomen
Bestelling goed aangekomen. Ik bestelde via deze website met een klein hartje omdat ik veel slechte reviews las. Daarom vind ik het toch belangrijk om deze review te schrijven.
De bestelde producten zijn goed aangekomen. Iets langere levertermijn, maar dat wordt ook vermeld op de website.
De producten zijn nieuw en niet geopend. Ik ben tevreden! Hopelijk ervaren andere toekomstige klanten dezelfde goeie service.

Körper-und Gesichtsöl
Leider war das Körper-und Gesichtsöl bereits ranzig. Vom Baobab-Öl von ecco verde bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Da ich bereits gelesen habe, das die Firma angebrochene Produkte nicht ersetzen, werde ich nichts weiter unternehmen. Habe aber heute veranlasst, dass sie meine Kundendaten löschen.

It's a horrid experience with Ecco verde! I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone buy anything from this company. The box arrived totally damaged, very tatty, and used sellotape to hold the box together.
Then I realised two lash serums were missing. Then today, when I looked at the items again, I realised they were also missing a foundation. I've bought two, but one is in the box!
They are supposed to be my daughter's Christmas presents, but I obviously won't have them in time now. Hopefully, they are going to send them out soon.
I definitely won't buy anything from Ecco Verde again; lesson learned.

Horrible customer service
I ordered several products from the Black Week offers. Klarna charged the money from my account and I got some registration email from Eccoverde. Didn't get any confirmation about my order so I asked about it. Customer service only replied that it's Klarna's mistake and told me to make a new order with original prices. I asked several times to get the products with those original discounts, after fee messages they promised 5% voucher which was pretty useless when all the original discounts were close to 50%.. Eventually I asked contact information to the person who is on charge about the compliments. They replied me from the same email with a different signature.. 😅 so I lost the chance to use Black week offers. No one took any responsibility about the mistake and only blamed Klarna for this.
