I have been using this company's bikes for a long time. My bike had a motor problem they couldn't fix so they replaced it and fined me 50 euros. I will be fined to change without saying this before. They can't fix the bike, so they have changed it. Why are they deducting money from me? Because of asking this, he is misbehaving a lot.

I have been a victim of racism in the service point of Rotterdam branch. The time was around 10:40 AM 11th December. The service guy actually doesn't know how to talk to the client. He was very rude and not helpful at all. He used certain racist words. And the tone of his voice was commanding, rude and harsh. Paying for the service a customer should not ever get such treatment like this. Such a shameful act!

“I had a very bad experience with the service at E-Bikes to Go. As an Asian, I felt their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the entire experience even worse. Their attitude towards customers is unacceptable, and it shows a lack of basic respect and courtesy.

On top of that, the quality of their bikes is very poor. I used one of their bikes for four months, and it was a highly disappointing experience. The bike had numerous issues, and it did not meet the standards I expected.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are plenty of other good e-bike companies with better service, respectful behavior, and higher-quality bikes.”
