Service and Behavior
1st of all my bike was not good and I told him that my bike wasn't good it will stop after few minutes. I want to change. Then he checked he ride. Then I also ride the bike was good. But as I Early mention after 3-4 km the bike was lost his connection again. And then I ride back to the shop again. In total I waste my 1hour. And then I have a bucket infornt of my bike from last 3years. I'm using e bike to go last 3years. Today he told me that I have to change my bucket by myself. But I'm not used to it. Is this your service?? I'm really sorry but your service is really bad. I hope I will cancel my subscription very soon.

A fraudulent company
A fraudulent company, the bike I rented was stolen, they sent me an email saying I didn't pay after a month even though I cancelled my subscription, they claimed they didn't receive the battery and charging cable I returned and asked for 550€. Terrible customer service, stay away
