1. Horrible customer service!
I’ve been receiving invoices for a bike I don’t even have for the past two months. They either don’t respond to my emails, or when they do, they clearly haven’t read what I actually wrote. Their replies are completely unrelated to my situation, and they keep insisting I have to pay just because their system shows I have a bike.

2. Bike swaps take too long.
If your bike breaks, don’t expect a quick replacement despite their promises. You’ll have to wait at least a week, sometimes more.

3. Replacements are often broken too.
I’ve received broken bikes twice after reporting issues and requesting a swap.

4. Old bikes with hidden issues.
Their bikes are outdated and frequently malfunction. I had a period where I had to change bikes almost every month. And if you’re not at home during the appointment, they’ll charge you €30. Ironically, they might also miss the appointment themselves without informing you and you’ll still have to wait another week for a new one.

5. Poor battery quality.
The batteries don’t last long and are often unreliable.

6. No help if your bike is stolen.
If your bike gets stolen, they won’t give you any proof that it was reported to the police. Honestly, I doubt they even try. It seems more convenient for them to take your money, rely on insurance, and just hand out a new bike instead of actually recovering the stolen one.

I had a very disappointing experience with E-bike to go. I subscribed a week ago, but due to technical problems with their website, I couldn’t complete the verification or choose a pickup date. As a result, I lost an entire week and missed the chance to collect the bike on my day off (Friday). I was forced to take time off work just to come and pick it up.

When I finally arrived, the bike wasn’t even ready, and I had to wait. The staff at the pickup location were friendly and apologetic — they even gave me ice cream while I waited, which I appreciated — but unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there.

They gave me the wrong charger for the battery. Now I cannot use the bike properly, and my next day off is not until Tuesday — and they are closed then. I urgently need this bike now, and I find it unacceptable that I have to fix their mistake by taking more time off work again.

I also want to mention that when I first contacted their support about the broken website, no one apologized — it felt like I was being blamed for the issue. Overall, this has been a very stressful experience, and I feel the company should take responsibility and offer a proper solution.

My Friend suggested the Nord bike and i find nice. Refki have instructed me with everything. Thank you very much

I rent a bike from them but the bike has a problem it doesn't work because bike has problems. I changed the battery 3 times and still same. I live far from their showroom so cannot go more then that. Ultimately returned the bike but I have to pay 1 month money because of contract you have to tell them a month ago. However the return date was 7 may may and I give them in 6 th may still I had to pay 1 week money of 30 euro. It was unexpected and I am really disappointed. I suggest everyone to buy a bike in monthly installments instead or rent swapfiets instead. Worst experience ever. They are scammers.👎

I ordered a bike and went to pick it up. However, I was given a bike with a broken left pedal, which I only discovered an hour after the pickup. When I tried to book a repair slot online, the next available appointment was in one week!
