Blijf weg van eBike2Go. In mijn ervaring maken zij zich schuldig aan oneerlijke praktijken en fraude. Mijn ervaring was zeer teleurstellend. Absoluut niet aanbevolen.
Stay away from eBike2Go. In my experience, they engage in unfair practices and fraud. My experience was very disappointing. Absolutely not recommended.

Wij lezen dat u alleen ontevreden bent over de opzegtermijn, als u een abonnement bij ons afsluit word dit vernoemd in de algemene voorwaarden en op onze website.
Ook hebben we dit in een eerdere mail naar u benoemd.
Het is wel zo dat onze huurders de ebike nog in de opzegtermijn mogen gebruiken.

Bad communication
I have rented a bike for half a year now and every time it needs repair (4th time now) I need to wait a week and stay home for a day. They say they give an expected arrival time in the morning but it is always again between 9 and 17. No telephone number I can call. No reaction on my emails.

My bike remained lying at home broken…
My bike remained lying at home broken for a week. How many times did I book an appointment, but I did not get one? When I canceled my bike subscription, I found out. If you want to return the bike, you'll still have to pay for one month. If you want to take the bike, it's your choice. What kind of rule is this? The scan is complete. I would never recommend an e-bike to anyone.

I see two damage reports, and we both sent an invitation to exchange the bike the same day.
Unfortunately, we didn't receive an email to let us know this wasn't possible.
We do have a four-week cancellation period, as stated in our terms and conditions. During this time, you can return or use the bike.

Ontzettend slechte klantenservice
Ontzettend slechte klantenservice. De helft van de tijd wisselen ze je kapotte fiets voor eentje met andere defecten. De andere helft reageren ze gewoon niet. En ondertussen maar kosten blijven innen terwijl de klant zonder enige werkende fiets zit.

Drie dagen geleden hebben wij je gegevens opgevraagd om te kunnen achterhalen om welke situatie het precies gaat en of er iets mis is gegaan in onze service. Helaas hebben we daar nog geen reactie op ontvangen. Zonder deze informatie kunnen we je klacht niet onderzoeken of corrigeren.
