Easypark Arvostelua 

Quiero eliminar mi cuenta por un problema que tuve. Imposible, sigo las instrucciones pero no me la elimina. Intento contactar con ellos y me remiten a la página web o al chatbot, pero sólo me dan las instrucciones generales.
NO CONSIGO ELIMINAR MI CUENTA NI DESINSTALAR LA APP

Utilizo diversas aplicaciones (Teloark, Paymeter…) y jamás he tenido el más mínimo problema; EASYPARK me pretende cobrar por un servicio que no he utilizado jamás, igual resulta que entre sus directivos hay algún amigote del PP ó del PSOE y pretenden mantener bien alta la MARCA ESPAÑA (ladrones estafadores y mafiosos).

They charged me for a space that didn't exist. Refused a refund without crazy evidence. Left me and my pregnant wife stranded.

EasyPark has shown to be an unreliable company, and their customer service is extremely disappointing. I parked my car and paid in the correct zone, yet I still received a fine from PARKON. When I contacted EasyPark, they initially confirmed that I had indeed parked in the right zone and advised me to send the confirmation to PARKON.

However, two weeks later, an additional 10 CHF was added to the original 50 CHF fine. When I reached out to EasyPark again, they suddenly claimed the issue was not their responsibility and told me to contact PARKON directly.

EasyPark does not even deserve one star.
I strongly recommend NOT using their app.

I'm employed by a business that has Easy Park manage the parking. I had my car registered with them so I could park for free, but recently purchased a new vehicle with a new plate. I parked the new vehicle at 6:20pm, went into the business and registered my new plate within 15 minutes of parking. They had already issued a ticket at 6:23pm - 3 minutes after I parked! They refused to void it as I registered late.

The carpark attached to where I work has adopted the Easypark system. I had to download an app, register and be authorised by email, etc. Trying to park, I couldn't access the carpark via the boomgates. Communicating withe intercom I was very rudely told I must not have done something correctly and I cannot use the carpark. Emailed Easypark and they basically did not offer any solutions, just to try again.

Hanno fatto la stessa cosa con me...mi hanno attivato un addebito sulla carta di credito di 10,00 ogni mese...io il servizio lo uso pochissimo ,...ed è 4 mesi che cerco di contattare perché non riesco nemmeno a chiudere l'account...sono truffatori

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company is shady and scams people out of their money. I used EasyPark to pay for one parking spot in Europe this past summer, didn’t sign up for any subscription or any plan, but ever since then have been getting charged every single month despite not even being in Europe anymore. When I contacted customer service to rectify the situation, they gave me the runabout saying that I had signed up to a subscription. So I downloaded the app which showed I was not subscribed to any plan and when I told customer service this, they proceeded to tell me I was signed up to a subscription. I have gone back-and-forth with them multiple emails and they continue to tell me I am subscribed even though they are now using my credit card fraudulently. Do not use the service!!

EASY PARK is far from EASY, stay away, RUN THE OTHER WAY; cancel and park somewhere else.

Nonostante abbia terminato anticipatamente la sosta non mi è stato accreditato il residuo. Il servizio clienti è inesistente . Non c’è modo di avere un contatto e tantomeno un rimborso. Toglierò il mio account! Vergognosi!
Ho letto in rete che il pb si sta verificando spesso anche ad altri utenti e EasyPark continua a non rispondere! Forse è il caso di segnalare questa cosa a qualche associazione consumatori.

Heute in Linz EasyPark aktiviert, und als ich zurück kam hatte ich einen Strafzettel! Ich habe dann die App aufgemacht und gesehen, dass es sich nach 1 Minute ausgeschaltet hat! Der Fehler war eindeutig bei EasyPark (techn. Fehler oder was auch immer!). Ich habe daraufhin Kontakt aufgenommen mit dem Kundenservice, denen die Sachlage erklärt und sie gebeten mir in irgendeiner Form entgegen zu kommen, damit ich die Strafe nicht bezahlen muss, weil definitiv nicht selbstverschuldet! Ich habe dann noch darauf hingewiesen, dass sie mein Konto anschauen sollten damit sie sehen, dass ich immer ordnungsgemäß bezahle, wenn ich parke! Hat sie alles nicht interessiert… somit ist es für mich erledigt ich werde diese App nicht mehr nutzen, denn offensichtlich kann man sich nicht drauf verlassen! Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung meinerseits! Geht lieber alle zum Parkscheinautomaten, wie früher! Das Eine ist die Technik, das Andere diese Unmenschlichkeit…. Eine Frechheit, dass Leute für deren Fehler bezahlen müssen! Ekelhaft!

Really difficult to find. Carpark was eventually found and was a muddy field at the end of a rough track. Filthy car with a rough interior then took us to the airport. Staff who appeared to not understand English language. On our return, we were left for one and half hours at Bristol airport with my wife in a wheelchair from just after 1am to after 3.30am in the cold with promises of returning in 10 minutes .Driver stated that he would take me to get my car and to leave my wife in her wheelchair and with our cases at the airport pickup point. I declined this rediculous offer. Eventually got back to the now churned up field where a staff member searched through boxes of keys in the back of a van,no lighting and no help with bags and no guidance to vehicle. Had to find my car with a torch on my phone while my wife sat in the dark in her wheelchair. Never again. Absolute nightmare of a company.

Me cobraron una suscripción sin consentimiento. Reclame para que me devolviesen el dinero y fue como hablarle a una piedra. Reclamaré en consumo. Totalmente desaconsejable, estos comercios carentes de produccion no deberían existir. Porque solo se dedican a cobrar por un servicio que ya es insultante de por sí "las famosas zonas azules" Panda de liendres.

Then we got picked up in a one series BMW I was driven back like a boy racer

Voglio eliminare il mio account ma non riesco. L'app mi impedisce di chiudere il rapporto perché avrei un finto credito di 0,01 euro. Mi sento frodato più che altro. Dichiarano che puoi recedere quando vuoi ma non è vero.

This company and the apps they develop are categorically amongst the worst I have encountered. The developer say to park in another country with a rental car I have to buy another SIM card for that country…ridiculous when you are on vacation for a week. Seemingly no plans to rectify this. How any city council awards EasyPark the tender for their parking is absolutely beyond me.

Nutzt diesen Service lieber nicht! Hier wird Grundgebühr verlangt. Schmeißt lieber Geld in den Automaten!!!

I upgraded to the business plan but it does not make my bookkeeping any easier (which was the promise). Downloading invoices is overly complicated. Bad user experience
