Excellent Customer Service & Products
I ordered a pair of shoes and a t shirt. However they took far too long to arrive. Chloe from from the D+D team, sorted the issue out and explained that they may have been lost in transit, swiftly organising a replacement package which arrived in less than 24 hours from me contacting D+D about it. She also kindly included a wonderful surprise gift as a gesture of goodwill.
Excellent customer service, and high quality, fantastic looking clothes and shoes. Highly recommend.

Sadly, I received the incorrect card holder, emailed the customer service team and they were so helpful, attentive and they arrange a replacement as soon as they could. These loafers are great quality
These loafers are great quality. Super light and comfortable but dressy enough for the office too. The goat leather is soft and these have a great shine to them. Overall, super impressed with the quality. Customer service was also excellent when I had questions.

Excellent customer support and quick resolution
After trying on my shoes, I decided to return them and request an exchange for a new pair that fitted me better. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the courier during the return process, and the shoes were sent back to me.
I then contacted customer support, where Chloe and Sophie were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They responded very promptly to my messages and provided consistent support throughout the day, helping me resolve the issue and complete the exchange efficiently.
