Klantenservice was perfect (reactie binnen 2 uur) en mijn probleem werd netjes opgelost.

Slechte kwaliteit+slechte klantenservice.
Ik had een t-shirt besteld van 90 euro en die was na 1x dragen zonder te wassen al kapot.
Toen ik hier de klantenservice over vertelde was het enige wat ze deden mij een 10% kortingscode geven die je ook krijgt als je aanmeld voor de maillijst… Bestel hier niet.

Ordered a sale item and tried to return it, which was initially denied – even though that's against EU consumer law. They eventually accepted the return, but then claimed there was a "strange smell" and sent it back to me without any proof. The item was unworn and in perfect condition. Very disappointing customer service and a clear disregard for consumer rights. Shocking that a company like this is still allowed to operate while misleading and taking advantage of customers.

Update: After many emails and having to threaten further action, they finally accepted the return and refunded the money. A long and unnecessary battle that no customer should have to go through.

I bought a t shirt in sale. T shirt got lost. I reach out for help to find it but the told me they couldnt help it. T shirt was 70% sale, not very often. By the time the sale was over they answered me. Therefore I got no change for buying anuthing other in the sale. i got an compensation, 10% offer…

I was given the wrong item. I contacted them and they said the item I ordered was out of stock. It could not be replaced with the same item in a different color for the same price. Replies were kind, but were unwilling/unable to come to a agreeable solution.

Attention il n'accepte pas les remboursement de leur produit!(Alors que c'est affiché RETOUR ACCEPTER SOUS 14JOURS MAIS NON!!!!) Produits trop grand et on refuse mon retour alors que les produits sont non porté! Je me suis dit qu'il ne fallait pas ce soucier des avis internet et que seul les avis négatif sont posté mais non !!!! Fuyez et n'achetez SURTOUT PAS !

C'est la première fois que j'écris un avis concernant un vendeur / une entreprise, mais il m'a paru nécessaire de partager mon expérience particulièrement catastrophique pour alerter les consommateurs. Le service client de cette entreprise est tout simplement malhonnête, de la pire des manières. J'ai commandé via une vente archive une veste (à tout de même encore 225 euros) qui s'est finalement avérée trop petite. Je précise qu'à peine essayée, je l'ai directement remballée soigneusement dans son colis. Dommage, en plus elle était plutôt sympa. J'en informe le service client qui me dit que je peux seulement demander à échanger la veste contre une autre taille, ce que j'accepte. Dans le cas où la veste ne serait plus disponible dans la taille choisie, on me proposerait un avoir. Je m'exécute donc, je renvoie la veste. Puis, pas de nouvelles pendant 2 semaines. Je finis par recontacter le service client, qui quelques heures plus tard, m'informe que ma veste n'est pas recevable et qu'ils me renvoient le modèle initial, car, je cite, "votre article a une odeur de parfum ne nous permettant pas de le remettre en vente". Alors là ... Je suis très consciencieux et je fais extrêmement attention à mes affaires, encore davantage lorsqu’il s’agit d’un essayage. Quel intérêt aurais-je à mettre du parfum sur une veste et à la renvoyer à mes frais en recommandé avec accusé de réception (15 euros !) ? J’habite de surcroît dans un appartement non fumeur et sans aucun parfum d’intérieur. Evidemment, en invoquant un tel motif, impossible de prouver ma bonne foi, puisque comment prouver l’odeur d’un vêtement. Cette décision est tout simplement arbitraire et témoigne simplement d’un refus catégorique de rembourser les clients de manière générale (je vous invite à voir d'autres avis qui vont dans le même sens).
Franchement, fuyez, je n'ai jamais vu pareille méthode.

Hoodie was too small, send it back to them. I was promised a bigger size and suddenly there were dirty spot’s on the hoodie. After hearing this they said they’ll send my hoodie back. It has been 2 weeks since and nothing arrived. They also don’t respond anymore to my emails.

Shit company, don’t buy here!!!!!

I placed an order on Drôle de Monsieur's website in April 2025.
After returning the item in perfect condition within the legal withdrawal period, they refused to refund me, inventing false excuses ("laundry scent").

I had to file formal complaints with ECC-Net, DGCCRF (French consumer protection authority).

Their after-sales service and handling of consumer rights are absolutely unacceptable.

I strongly advise potential customers to be extremely cautious.

I ordered from droledemonsieur.com and had one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever encountered. After placing my order and paying quite a bit, I received no meaningful shipping updates for weeks. When I contacted their customer service several times, they opened an "investigation" but kept delaying any real solution.

Despite multiple requests to cancel my order and issue a refund because it would not arrive in time, they refused. The other tracking is showing it as never shipped.

They insisted I wait for their internal process without offering any real help. As of today, I have neither received the product nor a refund.

Based on my experience, and after reading many other reviews reporting similar issues, it is clear that something is seriously wrong with this brand.

Politique de retour malveillante, à la limite de la légalité (paragraphes sous paraphes et conditions étoilées).
Coupes et qualité des matériaux ne justifiant clairement pas le prix.

Very Bad Return policies and Customer Service.

Retours payants pour des produits déjà très chers (casquette 75€).
Si vous songez à faire un retour, armez vous de patience ! environ 2 mois pour être remboursé. Pensez également à relancer plusieurs fois le service client, sinon vous ne serez pas remboursés.
Rarement vu un service après vente aussi catastrophique, je pense que ça nécessite une certaine forme de talent pour arriver à ce niveau là.

Une politique commerciale honteuse: retour sous bon d’achat , retour payant à 17€ , frais d’expédition payant si on utilise un bon d’achat ! Et tout ça écrit en tout petit hors du paragraphe politique de retour ! Une honte

Acheter un article en décembre. Aujourd’hui mon colis est perdu et je n’ai toujours pas reçu de remboursement.

What a service! Received my package within a week, but still a couple of days later then planned

The fit/size was totally not what I expected.
I requested a return, NOT POSSIBLE.
2 days late. But I also recieved it a couples days later?? Everting I asked or suggested, was NOT POSSIBLE. But they did wish me an "excellent day"
Now I am stuck with 4 € 110,- shirts with a shit-fit.

Terrible company like others on here dispatch and processing is full of excuses, ordered over a month ago yet still no dispatch customer services keep saying very busy, have had 2 different responses to dispatch yet still just processing.
Shocking is all i would say dont bother ordering from here
