Je suis étonnée des avis négatifs, pour ma part l'expérience client a été super. J'ai du renvoyer un produit acheté pour lequel la taille ne correspondait pas. Le colis a été perdu pendant la livraison cependant le service client a été très réactif, m'a tenue au courant et a fait le nécessaire concernant le retour.

Pour ma part je n’ai pas eu à rendre ou échanger mon article mais je trouve ça très correct , l’article est de très bonne qualité , le délai de livraison est super rapide même si j’ai eu des doutes vis à vis des avis qui m’ont fait douter, j’ai contacté le magasin qui a suivi ma commande et qui m’ont tous expliqué

Klantenservice was perfect (reactie binnen 2 uur) en mijn probleem werd netjes opgelost.

Slechte kwaliteit+slechte klantenservice.
Ik had een t-shirt besteld van 90 euro en die was na 1x dragen zonder te wassen al kapot.
Toen ik hier de klantenservice over vertelde was het enige wat ze deden mij een 10% kortingscode geven die je ook krijgt als je aanmeld voor de maillijst… Bestel hier niet.

Ordered a sale item and tried to return it, which was initially denied – even though that's against EU consumer law. They eventually accepted the return, but then claimed there was a "strange smell" and sent it back to me without any proof. The item was unworn and in perfect condition. Very disappointing customer service and a clear disregard for consumer rights. Shocking that a company like this is still allowed to operate while misleading and taking advantage of customers.

Update: After many emails and having to threaten further action, they finally accepted the return and refunded the money. A long and unnecessary battle that no customer should have to go through.

I bought a t shirt in sale. T shirt got lost. I reach out for help to find it but the told me they couldnt help it. T shirt was 70% sale, not very often. By the time the sale was over they answered me. Therefore I got no change for buying anuthing other in the sale. i got an compensation, 10% offer…

I was given the wrong item. I contacted them and they said the item I ordered was out of stock. It could not be replaced with the same item in a different color for the same price. Replies were kind, but were unwilling/unable to come to a agreeable solution.

Attention il n'accepte pas les remboursement de leur produit!(Alors que c'est affiché RETOUR ACCEPTER SOUS 14JOURS MAIS NON!!!!) Produits trop grand et on refuse mon retour alors que les produits sont non porté! Je me suis dit qu'il ne fallait pas ce soucier des avis internet et que seul les avis négatif sont posté mais non !!!! Fuyez et n'achetez SURTOUT PAS !
