If there was a zero stars I would give it. Had numerous issues with deliveries from them. Cant access their link to "leave in a safe place" as the link is dead. I waited in today specifically for a delivery, only to find a card in the letterbox saying failed delivery! I was 3m from the front door and didnt hear a knock. Lazy and incompetent. When I inevitably have to drive to the depot to collect, the staff are indifferent too.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience buying directly from the official A.P.C. website. I received a defective bag, which is already unacceptable considering the premium price and brand positioning.
What made the situation worse was the customer service. Instead of taking responsibility for their own quality failure, they shifted the entire burden onto me. I was asked to print multiple shipping and customs documents at my own cost, organise the return myself and deal with international shipping requirements. No compensation, no real assistance, no effort to make the process easier for the customer.
For a luxury brand, both product quality and after-sales service were far below expectations. This experience felt stressful, outdated and highly unprofessional.
I will not purchase from A.P.C. again and would not recommend ordering from their official website.

Ich habe ein Kleid von APC bestellt, das mir allerdings des Preises von der Qualität her wenig zugesagt hat. Ein Rücksendeetikett kam schnell. Im Kleingedruckten stand allerdings, dass APC die Rücksenungskosten übernimmt - dennoch werden mir 10 Euro als Sendungskosten nicht erstattet. Ich bin sehr irritiert, hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich die gleiche Ware auf einer anderen Plattform bestellt. Durch diese Falschinformationen fühlt man sich vorsätzlich in die Irre geführt.
Customer Service Unreachable, order never delivered
I ordered jeans online for delivery to a pick-up point. The order never got delivered and was sent back to the sender. I sent several emails, and none of them received replies! Whenever I called the customer service, I could not get to them, as apparently they are never at work, even though I called during their advertised working hours! The order has now returned to them, but I still have not received a refund. I will report them to the French Consumer Protection Agency. Never purchase anything from A.P.C.!

I received a clearly damaged bag months ago. After countless emails, the company initially offered only a discount, which I didn't accept. They later admitted a production issue but refused any type of exchange, claiming all their 2025 bags (in that particular style) had the same problem - yet funny enough, they continued to have them for sale on their website. They promised a one-time full refund, but after returning the purse and charm, I was only partially refunded.
Since then, no one really responds with a reason and solution. Their system says your case “needs review,” but follow-ups never happen in a timely manner. Selling defective products, refusing exchanges, and keeping promised refunds is unacceptable. Simple issues that could be solved over the phone drag on for months via slow email responses.
Do not buy from this company unless you’re prepared to keep it.
UPDATE: I just heard back from the company -they will not issue my additional refund, claiming their “cameras” show the purse charm was not returned. I am 100% certain both items were packaged together when they left my hands, in fact, I even took photos before hand of what was in the box.
It’s wild (and convenient for them) to withhold someone’s funds this way. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.
NOTHING is worth the headache of this company’s customer service and their refusal of returns or exchanges.

sac rangé dans sa pochette... (et je suis tres soigneuse avec mes sacs, par exemple je ne les pose jamais par terre et je les bichonne) le sac était neuf. Je le sors pour l'utiliser. la tranche de la anse à déteinte sur le cuir du rabat extérieur ! je doute fort des teintures utilisées... sac inutilisable !
Au prix vendu et au vu de l'image qualitative que veut se donner APC, il serait très appréciable d'arrêter d'utiliser des matières à bas couts avec peu de qualité pour faire de la marge.
bref j'ai l'impression de mettre fait volé.

Unbelievably awful support from this company. I returned a package to them but for some reason it wasn’t processed so returned by ups. UPS are trying to charge me for the return. Si nous parlons bien d’APC (Atelier de Production créative) créateur de vêtements, je ne comprends pas du tout pourquoi il est si mal noté (1,5/5) -d’après Truslipot-. Pour moi, c’est aberrant car leurs vêtements sont magnifiques, simples (voire un peu « radicaux » parfois) et durables, très soignés, le design est juste parfait, les matières haut de gamme.. les prix un peu aussi ..! Non, APC vaut bien mieux que cela, Il côtoie les 5/5 !

I placed an order 16 days ago from the new Marc Jacobs x A.P.C. collaboration. It was confirmed as shipped by Chronopost and "on the way" on the same day, and declared "delivered" five days later--only that it was never received. The delivery image did not match my front door. It didn't even make it anywhere close to my city, according to the tracking timeline.
I informed CS of the non-receipt and asked for an update, but have only received holding emails. Trying to contact them via the Chat function was useless; as others have reported the CS representative was unhelpful and rude. **UPDATE as of 27 October** phone number for 'Customer Care' also does not work (straight to automated message then hangs up).
A.P.C: you need to have an efficient way of refunding/compensating and resending your products to customers. Otherwise it's bordering on fraud (i.e. not to provide the service/product you are taking money for).
For prospective customers: be advised that if something goes wrong with your order, A.P.C. does not have a functioning system in place to help you. While I'm sure some orders go smoothly (as in they arrive at all), but that ultimately, you purchase from their website at your own peril. They will not track down, resend or refund what you paid for your order.
I own quite a few A.P.C. pieces I've picked up over the years from the brick-and-mortar shops and department stores. And I would love to continue patronising the brand. But this has been such a horrible experience (1st time buying online) that I may not in the future, if something is not done soon.

It took them 10 more days to fess up that they were "waiting for a return from another customer to fulfil [my] order"--despite me having placed my order within 5 minutes of the collection's release and still showing stock in my size the next week. (Yes, I checked, when I didn't receive my order, but I didn't dare try to place it again in case it didn't come either.) In other words, I placed my order well before someone else, A.P.C. lost it, and then did not know what to do, because they sold the last pair, but still wanted to keep the money. So they delayed in the hopes I would just let them. They have now refunded me, but given that it took 10+emails and 30 days, this is simply not good enough.
A.P.C. if you are reading this: you need to provide compensation (store credit, anything) when you make mistakes.
Never again. BUYERS BEWARE of this fraudulent company!

Sac d'une qualité désastreuse (Small Grace), je ne l'ai pas encore porté mais malheureusement je n'ai pas pris le temps d'examiner la bandoulière avant. Elle est dans un état catastrophique il y a des plis et craquelures partout. On me dit qu'il s'agit d'oxydation lié à l'air ambiant.. Jamais vu ça sur un sac en cuir. Encore moins lorsqu'il est à 600€. Bref Je déconseille clairement leurs sacs en cuir !!
Shocking quality
I bought a nice purse from APC that I really loved. Recently, while I was walking with it, it started to rain. It wasn’t even heavy rain, and it lasted maybe 10 minutes. When I got home, I realized the purse had absorbed water through the stitches and developed bumps because of it. I was shocked this happened, you’d expect more from a bag that costs 600 euros. Unsurprisingly, customer service didn’t offer any solution even though I provided very clear pictures of the damage. So, if you’re planning to purchase a bag from APC, please reconsider! unless you want it to last only a year.
