Drain Doctor Arvostelua

The initial phone call with Rachel met a swift response and we were very pleased with the expertise and friendliness of Tobias as he explained what the job entailed, showed us pictures on his phone of the actual blockage and repairs needed and then how he worked hard for over 3 hours to fix things. We can wholeheartedly recommend Drain Doctors.

I asked for a drainage survey for an extension. The sounding device they use measures the depth of your drain from the surface of your path/patio. This is no use unless your path/patio is completely level. In my case, therefore a complete waste of money.

Wayne and Paul came out to help with a blockage in our drain and were amazing! They were friendly and really helpful and made a big effort to sort the issue for us. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Charlie and Ashton came to resolve an issue with our drainage today. They were lovely and polite, text when on the way (or the company did) called to make sure we were in. Kept us updated every step on what they were doing! Issue resolved in a quick time as well!

Truly professional company. Cleaned our drain in no time without any hassle. Would highly recommend.

The guys turned up on time, got straight on with their job. Kept me updated throughout the day and explained exactly what they were doing. Left the garden tidy. Very much recommend if you need them

fast and efficient service, as always.

My toilet developed a nasty blockage but luckily the DrainDoctor came round and cured it. A great service.

Highly recommend the Drain Doctor team. Carl came out to assist with a drain issue we've had for a long time. He was extremely thorough, made sure to explain everything and showed me the issue with the cameras so I could see for myself. Really appreciated his level of detail. Thanks so much for a great service

I cannot thank Drain Doctor Bradford enough for their incredible response this morning.

We were dealing with a highly stressful, severe drainage backup, and the service we received was absolute gold standard.

The engineer who came out, Tobias, arrived exactly on time and was an incredibly friendly, helpful chap.

He took a look at the situation and instantly established exactly what the fault was. He then went completely above and beyond by making inquiries with our neighbours to check if they were facing the same issues.

Once he confirmed it was a shared problem, Tobias came back to advise me that this was a public sewer issue and directed me to the exact right solution to get it sorted.

In today’s day and age, it would have been so easy for someone to take advantage of the situation, make up some work, and take a lot of money off me. Instead, he was completely honest and did everything in a thoroughly timely manner.

Because of Drain Doctor's fantastic policies, there was absolutely no call-out fee, and I wasn't charged a single penny for his expert diagnosis.

Tobias's honesty and helpfulness are an absolute credit to the Drain Doctor company for offering this kind of trustworthy service. We will definitely be using them again in the future if need be!

Quick call-out, efficient support, technician was friendly & professional, would definitely use Drain Doctor again!! Excellent service

Both the lady taking the phone call at 2130 on a Sunday evening and the technician who arrived 28 minutes after our emergency call for a blocked toilet, were very knowledgeable and professional I would highly recommend them. Such a professional service
