Great service from Kay at Drain Doctor. He cleared my blocked sink quickly and professionally - even though there is some questionable plumbing work in my kitchen. He was very friendly, polite, and made sure to leave the area spotless. Thank you!

Adrian came out to us today to unblock a toilet drain he was a pleasant guy and sorted the job within 30 mins from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Great job Adrian 👏👏👏

A happy knowledgeable chap called Kevin attended to carry out a looksee cctv survey. He knew I was a bit anxious and he was brilliant, he explained everything he saw as he went along and made sure I understood his findings. He made the experience a lot less daunting, I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much

Amazing service from start to finish. Had someone come out within 20 minutes of calling and booking in. Craig was amazing, explained everything to me and what he was going todo. Very happy customer, would recommend to anyone needing quick and reliable service! Thank you

Very professional job carried out by Sid. This wasn’t not a straight forward job as a manhole cover needed to be removed which hadn’t been accessed in fifty years before he could access the area of the blockage. This took a lot of manual labour to free due to it being rusted solid.

Quick response, identified the the issue was build up inside pipes from kitchen sink with camera. Cleared the blockage working back from a manhole outside
Good service.

Very professional and well done job. I’m Very grateful.

Steve cleared the drain and examined the pipes with a camera and suggested future ways foward. Good man!

I called Drain Doctor this morning regarding a blocked kitchen sink. The booking process was slick with possible outcomes and prices nicely explained.

The engineer (Tobias) arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and showed the camera shots of the blockage. He then diligently set about resolving the issue (30 years worth of detritus) requiring repeat attempts to flush the pipe. Throughout he was more than happy to explain the process as well engaging in pleasant conversation.

I can't fault Drain Doctor and would easily recommend them and Tobias for their efforts.

Simon and Jamie arrived on time and did an excellent job fixing a difficult drain issue which involved removing roots and limescale as well as applying internal patches.
Well pleased.

Casey came to give us a survey of our drainage and helped unblock a pipe that had caused havoc in our house ! he was very insightful and let us watch the camera which was fascinating ! lovely guy and great service overall, highly recommend
