After using three plumbers unsuccessfully I was recommended to use Drain Doctors. Camera found the problem right away. Even I could see the roots blocking the drain! Job done without digging up my flagstones as they have they have the equipment.

He was helpful, understanding, easy to talk to, transparent about all costs BEFORE he did any work.
Happy to go out and get us parts same day to fix the problem.

Genuinely sounded like he loves his job!

Amazing service from Scott today, very knowledgeable and professional. Only submitted a request yesterday and problem resolved the very next day. We had quite a complex issue and he was able to identify and resolve all within a hour. Will definitely use Drain Doctor again if needed, great service.

It was a none urgent job but offered later that day service. Opted for next morning. Phone call with half hour warning of arrival. A few minutes late but no problem. Operatives knew what they were doing and 50 minutes later they were going. Problems sorted. Very pleased.

Lovely technician who resolved the issue with superb professionalism and care.

Excellent- great guy, super helpful, thankyou.

Adrian and Ashton were our two "drain doctors" for a blocked exterior kitchen drain. Apart from being polite, friendly and fun, (including with our dog!), they did a great job not just unblocking the drain but tidying up afterwards. With some ingenuity they also figured out a much more permanent fix to the problem using parts they had in their van. Very pleased! So no second visit required, although they were a pleasure to have around. Well done A and A, what a great team! I'd highly recommend Drain Doctor for a swift response and reasonably priced solution. Thanks again.

After the call to the office Ian arrived fast. He is an expert and wants to get the job done. Friendly, approachable and most of all professional. Thank you!

Excellent, on time service. Costs and work involved clearly explained and kitchen left clean and tidy. 2nd time of using and I wont hesitate to use again

Fantastic service from Drain Doctor! I called first thing in the morning and was impressed that they managed to send someone out that very same afternoon.

Tobias attended and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, genuinely honest. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my ensuite bathroom drain, which appeared to be related to an airflow issue originating from the shower drain. With what seemed like a magic touch, he managed to resolve the issue in no time!

Beyond his expertise, Tobias was a really pleasant and down-to-earth guy. We even had a great chat about MMA while he was there, which made the whole experience even better.

It's refreshing to come across someone who not only knows their trade but also takes the time to explain things clearly and make the customer feel at ease.

Excellent service all round, and I'd happily recommend Drain Doctor, especially Tobias, to anyone needing help with their drains. Five stars!

Quick response, professional, helpful and friendly service. Engineer Wayne was very knowledgeable. Stubborn bathroom basin blockage sorted via mechanical means. Seems fine at the moment.

Outstanding service. Arrived within an hour of calling and resolved a drainage issue quickly, complete with camera survey and advice for dealing with the cause of the problem. Highly recommended!
