Drain Doctor Arvostelua

Jamie arrived promptly. Was very helpful and reassuring. Checked our drains and gave them the all clear.

Excellent service from Jordan at Drain Doctor. He came out to deal with a blocked drain and made sure everything was properly sorted. He was friendly, professional, efficient and extremely helpful throughout.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jordan. Southend-on-Sea. Thank you!

Well what can I say, started with a leak 3/4 up the main drainpipe and he came about 8th or 9th october to do the job, I told him where the leak was coming from as it was wet through on the floor in the yard. Had to do investigation cost 225pds to see what was causing it. Cracked pipe underground which I thought wouldn't cause the leak coming from the drainpipe so what do I know he carried on did that. Cost 858pds which he said total price so paid him. Get an invoice for 1,0038pds which I was furious as now he is denying he said there was vat on it thats why the bill was that much, if I knew it was going to cost that much I would have said no. Anyway still leaking came back again and the leak is were I told him it was 3/4 up the drainpipe and he saw it changed the pipe and up to now its stopped but I will wait and see. Now if he had changed that pipe were the leak was coming from it would not have cost me 1,0038pds and the investigation fee is a rip off its just a fancy name for a call out fee as I wasnt warned about this till he came to do the job. I would like to know how much to change a pipe would be certainly not over 1,000pds. Yes im fuming but its not over yet and certainly would not use them again. If drain doctor reply to this the matter it is still being investigated

Apsolutely wonderful service, arrived within an hour of calling and expertly fixed the drainage problem. I am keeping their contact details for any future problems and also to refer to friends. Thankyou very much

Very impressed with Millie and Sam from Drain Doctor Oxford Operations who have both gone out of their way to assist me with two urgent visits this week. They could not have been more helpful. Great Service 5 star service

Jamie was very professional and polite with a somewhat challenging situation for which we are extremely grateful. His communication was great and his work was detailed and precise. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Registered my details and didnt get a call back. Called the company 24 hours later to be told that my request didn't exist. Sent an engineer 24 hours later who spent 45 minutes looking at the wrong manhole, then said he couldn't do anything and tried to charge me £144 for an investigation fee saying he wouldn't leave my property until it was paid. Had to speak to the office to resolve this query as the guy was sarcastic and pushy with my partner not realising I was working in the office upstairs. Called another company who came out the same day and fixed the issue within 30 minutes for the same cost as the 'investigation fee' I was being charged here.
Good company reputation and the office staff were good but the engineer completely let the company down.

Excellent Company, everyone one from office staff to drainage engineers were friendly and professional.
I will not hesitate to recommend them.

Very friendly, helpful and did a very thorough job. Would reccomend.

Came out to site within 24hrs of initial phone call. Actually arrived 90 minutes earlier. Was on site for around 2hrs. The engineer was pleasant and helpful. They probably aren't the cheapest but prompt attention from a reputable company is worth the extra cost.

Very quick response,
