My car was hit by another driver 10 days before Mot due. These guys collected my car and I explained about the time sensitive MOT. Tim said would put a rush on it and my estimated repair changed from Monday 4th to the Friday 1st. Great or so I thought,Turns out the wing the needed replacing hadn't even arrived with them till Friday 1st and my car was not ready till the following Thursday so missed the Mot. No call or communication from garage to tell me of the delay. Very poor communication.

Was persuaded to use dlg instead of my normal garage. Absolute nightmare. Ended up coming out with more damage than it went in for! Scratch on my rear bumper, chips in the headlight that has supposedly been repaired, damage to my vinyls, did work that I didn't agree to resetting my ECU and removing one tint instead of none or both, messed up my led spoiler, car covered in dust and not even washed and swirl marks left in the paint job. Shoddy work for the price they have charged and very unprofessional to return a car in this state to a customer. I contacted dlg and they said it's been passed to the workshop controller/ production manager and it went a week with no response/ resolution. How hard is it to ring a customer to apologise and get the car back in to fix the issues? Finally spoke to Nick the production manager and his attitude was appalling. Very rude and unprofessional as well as unhelpful. Had to raise the complaint further to mark turner the site manager who I will say so far has been absolutely brilliant and tried to resolve the issues and if there were more people like him at the garage it would run much better. Never again will I use these

Car looks good. Easy to get courtesy car, Internet updates on how much of the work completed and car drop off was nice and simple.

Everything has been great from reporting the accident, the car being taken for repair, the communication with the garage, the hire of the courtesy car and the return of the car. The reason why I haven’t given five stars is I’m still waiting for the chrome trim to be added to the back boot. Thank you

Update 16.12.24 - still not repaired the alloy or sent the replacement they promised!!!

The booking in was really quick from lodging the claim, communication was ok. However, upon receiving the car back they had not fixed the damage to the alloy.. I spoke to the manager on the day they returned the car and explained that the damage was not there prior to the accident, sent a pic of the wheel before also explained that the car that hit me was a small mazda sports car that was much smaller and the impact was on the front wheel and wing. Nick promised to go back to the insurance and come back to me and I am still awaiting this call and it’s been three weeks!!!!

They also drove the car back to me and had the cheek to put it in race mode!!!

Fantastic experience! My car was in for repair for 3 weeks, with problems obtaining the part. I was asked if I wanted my car back as it’s drivable and they would fix it when the part is in. I agreed, went for my car today and was amazed that they have temporary fixed it for me. The gentleman that took me to my car was also very helpful and approachable.
All the staff need a pat on the back as they are a great team. I was kept up to date on a regular basis and the staff were always helpful.
