What an absolute joke of a company!

I placed an order over a week ago, and I’m still waiting for my hoover to arrive. The tracking information hasn’t updated, and I’ve been left completely in the dark as to where my order actually is.

After chasing them, I was told they would dispatch a replacement. Surprise, surprise — still no dispatch confirmation, no tracking number and, most importantly, NO HOOVER!

How difficult can it be to take a customer’s money and actually deliver the product they’ve paid for?

The lack of communication, organisation and customer service is absolutely disgraceful. Plenty of promises but absolutely no action.

Direct Vacuums seem perfectly capable of taking orders but completely incapable of fulfilling them!

I certainly won’t be ordering from this company again, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before spending their hard-earned money here.

AVOID! A complete shambles from start to finish!

Dishwasher had dents which would be ok as it was c grade, but the door was faulty and should have been checked

The battery was delivered free and quickly. It works fine at the moment but I was surprised (for what is stated to be a genuine Vax product) that it comes with only a 30 day warranty. Vax offer a 3 year warranty on their batteries, albeit at twice the price!

Really good service. My first item was faulty but was quickly replaced after speaking to customer services who were very helpful. Fast delivery too. Will use them again.

I have purchased a few item and been very impressed with all element of delivery, item and custome service.

A grade items and if there any issues will help in anyway possible, including upgrading item if unable to replace with warranty.

Would highly recomend.

It never got delivered, DPD are going to return it to you damaged, I have told you this and requested another one be dispatched asap but, you have ignored me

What a nice, simple, efficient experience.

I ordered a battery for my cordless vacuum (the one on the manufacturer's website was a ridiculous price).

The website was easy to use. Ordering was simple. They kept communicating throughout. The battery arrived promptly, and exactly as promised.

It is exactly what I needed, and sorts my problem.

In short: don't drop your vacuum battery on a hard floor, but if you do, and you need a replacement, this is the place to go! 🙂

Battery was working when received but I was unable to recharge.

Had a delivery of microwave that was good had updates however when microwave arrived it was extremely damaged the glass on door was broken l. Contacted supplier and git response really fast i cannot give a review on the replacement as i am still waiting its been 4 days since they said they will send it out. I will come back and review again
