Direct Vacuums Arvostelua

Slight hiccup on delivery, quickly rectified by a superb customer services experience.

Great service super fast delivery and great price on the ordered items
slight marks on the pipe but not an issue

The part worked perfectly and delivery was fast and free. Can't ask for any more thank you

Ordered an Iron on the 12th, paid for DPD next day so was anticipating waiting at least a couple of days as I did order on the weekend. My order was not shipped out with DPD and was instead shipped by Yodel, which is not what I paid for. it is now the 18th and I am still waiting to receive my order. Have been in touch with yodel and they are passing the blame to Direct Vacuums. Absolutely appalling that I paid for a service and it was sent out via a different shipping agent without confirming.

Great and fast delivery service. So far, my carpet cleaner is working well. So far so good.

Delivered rapidly, 1st product was not working but after a few emails a replacement was on its way the same day as i received the 1st one. Speedy and friendly staff

In really glad I got this hoover!
Great suction, low noise, and no dust blowing every where.
Great price. Thankyou

Needed a new battery which I found easily on the site. Delivery was prompt as promised. Would recommend this company.

Arrived very quick after ordered, good price 👍

Great hoover but it was quite dirty when it arrived Still had hair / fluff in it.

Unfortunately after ordering and paying for the item, it was not actually in stock and could not be sent. An eBay replacement was suggested however this was not suitable for us.

My hoover works brilliantly and looks brand new to me. Thanks

Quick service, brilliant. Very happy.
