Direct Vacuums Arvostelua

Very fast delivery, great communication and item as described, very pleased with my purchase 😀

Perfect product, and would have had no idea it was refurbished had it not been stamped on the box. Super fast delivery and EXCELLENT value for money. Totally recommended to all my friends and family!

What a nice, simple, efficient experience.

I ordered a battery for my cordless vacuum (the one on the manufacturer's website was a ridiculous price).

The website was easy to use. Ordering was simple. They kept communicating throughout. The battery arrived promptly, and exactly as promised.

It is exactly what I needed, and sorts my problem.

In short: don't drop your vacuum battery on a hard floor, but if you do, and you need a replacement, this is the place to go! 🙂

Battery was working when received but I was unable to recharge.

Had a delivery of microwave that was good had updates however when microwave arrived it was extremely damaged the glass on door was broken l. Contacted supplier and git response really fast i cannot give a review on the replacement as i am still waiting its been 4 days since they said they will send it out. I will come back and review again

This is the second product I've brought from Direct Vacuums and I'm once again very happy. They are a fraction of the shop price albeit they look brand new and the two things I have brought are current models. Their delivery is very quick and I have had no problems at all. I will always look here first when I'm needing a replacement product.

Fantastic product great service and fast delivery would certainly recommend direct vacuums.

Great value and a quick dispatch and deliver time.

Super fast delivery, very good price. Product is high quality/ genuine. Thank you very much .I am excited and happy.

I recently purchased a Hoover through eBay and wanted to leave a review to say how impressed I have been with the service from start to finish.

I decided I wanted to return the original product and exchange it for a different Hoover, and the team was incredibly helpful and proactive throughout the whole process. They arranged the exchange, assisted with the partial refund, and organised delivery of the new Hoover, making everything incredibly straightforward.

The communication and customer service were excellent throughout, and I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating the team was in making sure everything was sorted smoothly.

Vacuum works amazing , delivery was also very fast

Very prompt delivery.
Too soon to appraise the product.

Great price. Excellent service.

Arrived broken and cracked
I purchased a steam iron through Direct Vacuums, but upon delivery, I discovered the water tank was severely cracked and damaged. For an item to arrive in this condition is very frustrating and shows poor packaging or inspection before dispatch. I expected much better service and product quality.

It is good so far I would yous again thank you for asking

Excellent service. Delivered quickly. Kept informed. Would definitely use again when needed

Exceptional service and amazing product at a good price from Direct Vacuums
