Eu baixei um jogo chamado State of Survival através de uma oferta que apareceu para mim no Hero Wars Mobile.
A promessa era que ao concluir certas etapas no State of Survival, eu ganharia uma quantidade de Esmeraldas para usar no Hero Wars Mobile.
Concluí uma, duas, três e nada.
Entrei em contato com o suporte e é um terror: só mandam respostas automáticas e nada de me enviarem as recompensas.
Enviei print de tela, fiz tudo direitinho, vinculei a conta e nada.
Gostaria de comprar alguns pacotes no State of Survival para ganhar mais Esmeraldas para usar no Hero Wars Mobile, porém não o farei levando em conta que não recebi nenhuma recompensa até então.
Isso já faz quase 1 mês e nada de resolverem meu problema.
NAO RECOMENDO A EMPRESA.

Scammers. Bought two offers and didn’t receive anything. The support team alleged that the provider couldn’t validate. Don’t participate in any offer.

Digital Turbine it's a scam and fake platform what not pay correct to your customers..Example yesterday in 24 days from my offer in Age of Apes I have to make 5 million power for 25 days, I was ready in 24 (screenshot from time and day and reach power) But I not receive my reward. I also receive some chat from them " customer support" I can say this is a absolutely joke service,maybe they not have real person in this support only AI..... And they respond me with email to all my screenshot and questions with this i will paste original text from Digital Turbine email:

Completed an in-game offer by downloading and opening a new app, exactly as instructed. After not receiving the reward, I followed up with screenshots and a detailed description, and just got a generic response a few days later saying it wasn't attributed to Digital Turbine. I politely replied to that, showing proof and explaining I've done everything asked. Then silence- no further response until I followed up again 1 week later. I finally got another generic response saying the same BS as last time. I've since send several more emails to 'Vince' there without any further response. Very unprofessional- frustrating for users, and just a bad look for any advertisers or game partners wanting to work with them, as you can see here and elsewhere with their many terrible reviews.

I completed 100 lvl in juice pop game and I don't get my reward I spend 2 hours to complete the task

I started this in-game offer for rewards. First 6 tasks I made were immediately rewarded. Next task, obviously starting to be bigger reward, I didnt get anything. I waited a day. I wrote to customer service with even proving I made that task and that I was eligible to obtain previous ones. All i get was automatic answer: "If you haven't received your credits, it means that our partner has not yet validated your participation". Excuse me? Like what are you playing on me sirs?! Validate them on your own and due to my prove! This is shocking and tbh its first time i had to spoke a never had a problem with getting my rewards, why now?!

Scammers. They won't acknowledge any rewards that were completed. They won't even give a real excuse just the vendor did not accept your claim even though I clearly accomplished the goal. After many tries with different games they never fulfilled any claims. Just a scam don't waste your time

I did an offer about subscribing to a service and they stated that it wasn't from their links. Fyber/DT was good 5+ years ago. Nowadays it's a total garbage, hard to reward. It's a bad company and their 1 star rate shows their awful reputation. Pick Tapjoy or any other provider if possible.

I started one of their offers within a game. As I completed the smaller tasks I was payed out my reward immediately. As the rewards value grew and required purchases to complete they stopped paying out my rewards. I've made multiple attempts to reach out to customer support and I keep getting the same generic automated email response but no one actually contacts you. I spoke to the advertisers customer support to confirm I met the criteria to be payed out and still nothing from digital turbine. I feel scammed and you should avoid dealing with this company.

Signed up with their advertising service to try a new game in order to win awards in another game I play regularly. Was not awarded all the rewards I was entitled to even though I completed all the requirements fairly and honestly.
Contacted Digital Turbine to allow them to correct the issue, but they refused and cited their advertiser as having denied my claim. When I tried to contact Digital Turbine to reason with them further on multiple occasions and to ask to speak with the advertiser directly, I was outright ignored after receiving an automated message that they had received my inquiry.
Will not deal with this company again unless they make good on the promised rewards. Do not trust!

Complete scam. They do not pay for offers even when given adequate evidence to prove you have completed offers. Do not waste your time or money.

Keep getting autoresponses for months after getting scammed on offers when paying money, that it will be "credited within a few days" do not go anywhere near their games/services, unless I get healthy compensated for this, you're in for a treat..

I completed a UNO game task of completing Level 20 and i should get emeralds reward thru Hero Wars Mobile game, but ive been sending report thru email multiple times and they still havent sent me my rewards. SCAMMERS!!!

Es lo más nefasto q se encuentra dentro de los juegos llevo descargando 3 appstore para aplicar a las esmeraldas como recompensa para el juego Herowars y solo contestan lamentamos informales q el proveedor no lo to.o en aplicacion

Completely a scam. Too bad you can’t give 0 stars

I decided to give DT one more chance with a "jackpota 150,700" hero wars reward and have been met with the same issue where DT will not honor its commitments.

On 11/9 I clicked the DT link and created an account with jackpota, made a purchase, and verified my account. As of 11/18 I submitted help request 4746595 to resolve this issue providing evidence of the entire transaction history, and was rejected. Jackpota customer service has independently verified that I made a purchase with them, and said that the receipt and transaction ID that they gave me was sufficient evidence.

DT is refusing to pay out. This is the second time I have been burned by this company, from now on I will only use TapJoy.

I wish i can give those frauds 0 star review.
As a partner offer wall on freecash, i completed the offer to sign up and create account on fantasy betting platform dor Sportsmilion, deposit even way more than they were requiring from me in the offer, did the verification process, place the bets. Did all i was supposed to do.
And once i reached out to them, presented all the evidence and screenshot that i completed the offer and asking for my reward, after 7-10 days of waiting they just declined my claims, and havent issued me my deserved reward.
Their support team is one of the worst i have ever dealt with, no help or whatsoever from them. Shamefull, stay away from those scammers.

les 9 et 10 novembre, via le jeux Hero Wars Alliance, je complète une offre Digital Turbine sur le jeu Mech Arena, je le télécharge via leur lien, l'installe et commence à y jouer et je reçois le premier palliers de récompense d'émeraude qui consiste à finir le tutorial.
Du coup, je me dis c'est bon tout est ok je peux faire la suite... je valide donc les paliers de 700 A-coins, 1400 A-coins, 3000 A-coins puis 6000 A-coins ! Ce qui fait un total de 376570 émeraudes en attente de rewards pour tâche effectuées... MAIS rien n'arrive... je fais donc une requête à laquelle ils me réponde qu'il y a un délai de 21 jours pour que ce soit validé par une tierce application ... mais je leur envoie les screenshot des achats effectués sur Mech Arena pour prouver que j'ai atteins les paliers... la suite on la connais, ils vont me répondre dans plusieurs jours pour me dire que le délai est dépassé, je vais joindre MechArena qui va valider que j'ai bien atteint les paliers dans le délai demandé, mais Digital Turbine va dire que les screenshot sont modifié, comme ils l'ont fait avec tous les autres... car se sont des: VOLEURS des ESCROCS, des BANDITS... il n'y a aucune raison de ne pas m'envoyer mes émeraudes car ils ont validé le premier palier quelques seconde après ca réalisation.... je vous conseils de les fuirs et de porter plainte auprès de la police internet de votre pays si vous en avez une. de mon côté, j'attend toujours leur réponse définitive à ma requete (même si vu les réponse données à d'autres je ne me fait pas d'illusion) mais je prépare une plainte pour poursuite judiciaire via mon assistance juridique car ce sont des VOLEURS
