They didn't fix my problem at all. Paidwork app doesn't have the "Usage data access" permission which means it can't track the games. I played and finished all the tasks really quickly for a dice rolling 2048 game and I contacted their support and only got a response a while later. They were being unhelpful and basically just kept telling me to wait for the points. Of course, I only got the "install app" points and nothing else.

The reason why there is so many 1 stars on this offer wall is because nothing ever works. They would may aswell shutting it and scrapping the company lol On freecash....they have these too good to be true offers (download 3 games from this app and receive over £100). I have tried about 50 different offers and nothing works. You send them an email and they reply with please wait 10 hours to be credited....yeah here I am 2 years later and still NOTHING! LOL!!! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

I would like to warn others not to fall for Digital Turbine. The site or app advertises offers or promises that ultimately turn out to be untrustworthy. In my case, the services/promises were not kept, and support requests received either no response or only mixed answers.

The business model seems opaque and gives the impression of being deliberately lured into a trap. Particularly problematic: There is little transparency, no clear information, and it feels extremely dubious overall.

I strongly advise against getting involved with this – there are better and, above all, safer alternatives.

Well, as you can see from the previous reviewes from other users, this platform is a total scam.

First of all, they are advertising the scam apps like other offerwalls where you need to complete 3-4 tasks and get a huge payment. In EACH of this offerwall you'll have either not enough tasks or you'll be forced to download some suspicious app from 3rd-party website. And yeap, you'll not be paid.

Why you won't be paid? Because Fyber/Digital Turbine covers scammers and most likely these apps are their own scam projects. They'll reply to you in a month that "We regret to inform you that the scammer - scammed you".

I've completed ANTS and KOA before on this playform, but now, they are horrible, both, support and platform.

So, guys, please avoid this platform. You'll NOT be paid, you'll spend your time, and most likely, will get some malwares on your devices. It does not worth it.

Keine gems erhalten trotz Beschwerde mit Screenshots, wurden einfach abgelehnt, nicht anerkannt wegen über dritt Anbieter pc, oder Screenshots aus dem Internet geholt oder anderem, und wurde einfach direkt aus dem Programm genommen kann keine Anzeigen mehr sehen. Wurde nur entschuldigt das se mich nicht mehr supporten und das sie hoffen das ich jemanden find der mich Support, richtige Frechheit alles nur damit sie keine gems auszahlen müssen. Bloß die Finger davon lassen muss man sich nur drüber ärgern und bringt nichts!!!!

I started using them and Tapjoy through Justplay to earn points, and I have to say they are a horrible company. I messaged them a few times about missing points, and all I received was an auto-message and nothing after that. They don't care about the people who use their service. I believe they are a bunch of scammers racking in money and giving nothing back. I have mentioned Tapjoy, and they are amazing. Every time I have messaged them about missing points, they have always responded and helped me receive those points, but not once did Digital Turbine. I will not be using their services again through any app, not only Justplay. They do not help or even respond to your inquiries. HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING ANYTHING BHY THEM

You Will get a small reward for installing a Game App, that Will make you think you are properly tracked. Then you Will expend your time or even money in Next task comoletion for Big rewards that Will be never be credited. Customer service Will answer you (if your are Lucky), and Will tell you the partner Will have to approve the rest of the tasks in the Next 60 days. That Will never happen

Started an offer through a game I was in, to play a DT offerwall game. As seems to be the theme in these reviews, the reward didn't come.
I filed their report, and even provideda screen shot showing they had given the 1st reward, and a reward for 7th level achievement, but not 2nd or 5th levels.

They, or more specifically in this case, Sabrina Meyer, with the DT Offer Wall Support Team finally responded to tell me they think I cheated! They said I manipulated or used screen shots from online, used a robot to play the game, in other words.... they called me a liar and a cheat.
I asked, if it wasn't me playing, if they would mingle me disputing my charges for the game. Of course, no response there.
Sabrina did a horrible job. Her service level is below 1 star, as is this company. Cannot recommend enough, that you find other gaming platforms.

This is a complete scam and horrible customer service. I made a purchase to complete an offer and didn't receive credit. I reported the issue and was told that it was fraud. I was also told that the screenshot I provided from my phone was manipulated and stolen from the internet. What a bunch of BS.

Digital Turbine is FRAUD AND SCAM , their customer service really bad and worse . they not help with your reward claim .

They never honor any reward for anything. They blame you. They say you cheated or used VPN or whatever else they can think of. Wish they would go out of business.

Hi. I don't receive my reward within designated time after completing task. Please help me.thank you in advance. Update. This company answer me by saying their partner denied my reward due to blablabla whatever reasons. Luckily I don't use the voucher I bought so I ask for refund through Google play and got my refund immediately. So, what I can say is never do any task from this company...they won't give you your well deserve reward...

Worst Place to do your business and never receive any credit. Don't waste your time on this bullshit site. If you ask for the rewards, they will give you an AI response, and you will never receive anything from them.

Sometimes they credit you for offers you complete and the payouts can be quite good.

However, if you don't immediately get credited then you have no chance of receiving your reward. The support are absolutely useless.

The support have improved since they were previously called Fyber (all support tickets were instantly closed and not rewarded) but it's to no benefit of the user. These days they will tell you all offers have a 30 day crediting window if you contact support. All they are doing is hoping you forget about it. I'm sure after 39 days they'll find more reasons not to credit you.

Also random fun story, one support agent was very passive-aggressive with me one time - he just resent his previous email except he bolded one sentence. So I called him a see you next Tuesday and got banned for a year. But that actually benefitted me because I could no longer be scammed by them.

Did 3 offers and Digital Turbine cannot find any of them even with proof. This happens everytime .. has anyone ever had success with them? I’m reporting them to the BBB and if you see this I ask that you do the same
