1 star is to high a rating. I completed a task to receive a reward in a game I play. The task was to complete a subscription and, even though I had evidence I had done this they, did not send myr rewards. They were really dismissive and acted das if I was lying. Do not waste time with this companyvtertible service, dishonest and untrustworthy.

You can do everything correctly and their offers will not work. Total scam company.

En je word niet uitbetaald in je beloning achter report te schrijven krijg je een dom antwoord wij kunne je reward niet geven onze provider geeft niet kunne vaststellen dat je hebt gespeeld. Je hebt een app gedownload. ( klopt niet ik deed alles met safari zoals gevraagd) mooie scam doe DT niet want je word toch niet uitbetaald. In je reward zelfs achter meerdere screenshots van bewijs schandalig… iedereen dat Hero wars speelt of een ander spel. Je weet wat je te wachten staat. Doe het niet

Fyber is one of the companies owned by these people, and it is pure fraud. Do not waste your time trying to take advantage of their app offers, you will end up only losing time trying to get a response from their customer support. Shameful!

Liars and cheats. Entirely false company designed to steal your time and information whilst always denying payouts or rewards (every time). Morally corrpt and twisted people.

Bunch of scammers, no support at all, 50% of the time you will loose your time and real money in other games without getting any rewards.

Support team always says the issue comes from the game admins and not frim DT but the admins of multiple games have send me proof of completed offer confirmations they have send to DT.

Tapjoy offerwall always works and if not they figure it out in less than 1 day.

9 out of 10 rewards not receiving. For sure the big ones not. Always a bot on support contact and always same excuse. Their clienst denied it.. not confirmed it. Just remove the cheap ass sponsorship on the games

This company is a scam. Do not support them in any way. Especially do not make any purchases with real money to get rewards, they will not pay even if you provide complete documentation of the qualifying purchase. They will wait until the day after the offer expires to tell you that you don't qualify because the offer has expired and that there is nothing that they can do and will not assist you any further. This is the exact quote from them after mulitple request for them to look at my documentation because I made the purchece well before the expiration.
"As informed earlier, our records state that the advertiser has updated the offer click, which is already expired; hence, we will not be able to assist you further."

They do the same thing for anything you report. This was the first and last time I did anything where I spent money on an offer. I should have known better based on all of my previous interactions with them on free offers.

Total scam, hope FTC will fine their a** so hard they will have to go out of business. NOTHING PROMISED S NOT DELIVERED, stay away!!

Absolute scam company. I don’t know how they haven’t been sued into oblivion yet. Absolutely do not use them for anything, you will get nothing but excuses or flat out ignored.

J'ai récemment complété des offres pour obtenir des récompenses dans un jeu. N'ayant pas reçu la récompense, je les contacte. La réponse est d'attendre quelques jours. Je fais plusieurs relances sans réponses, puis finalement, 8 jours après, j'ai une réponse pour me dire que le délai à expiré.
Les services sont plein de bugs et le SAV est incompétent pour résoudre les problèmes. Ils font semblant.
Entreprise à faire absolument !

Numerous back/forth with canned responses and redirection to Partner. I've opened case with Partner and they confirmed award requirements were met. Despite the evidence, screenshots, partner acknowledgement - they ignored everything and did nothing.

Absolute rip off merchants, if you get any large rewards they just don't pay them and then ignore you when you report the issue. If you persist with contacting them, they will say it's your fault and deny payment, if you persist further then they just block your account.
They don't even ask for proof or more info regarding your claim.
Stay well clear and use tapjoy or any other decent reward platform.

Digital Turbine schuldet mir fast 120000 gems. Habe am 16.08.24 Merge Gardens begonnen, weil Hero Wars ein x4 offer angeboten hat. Habe innerhalb x4 Level 15 erreicht (4 Stufen) und auch eine Auszahlung erhalten. Allerdings nicht x4. Ca. 47K fehlen. Habe dann einfache Auszahlungen bis Level 30 erhalten. Für das gekaufte tägliche Juwelen- Paket habe ich die 18000 gems nicht erhalten. Spätestens hier besteht aus meiner Sicht der Verdacht, dass hier mit einer betrügerischen Absicht vorgegangen wird, da hier auch Echtgeld im Spiel ist und die versprochene Leistung nicht erbracht wurde. Zu entscheiden ob mein Verdacht zutrifft, ist natürlich Sache der Justiz. Habe dann Level 40 erreicht (34000 gems). KEINE Auszahlung. Das war die Hauptsache an Spielen. Von anderen fehlen aber auch noch ca. 40000gems.
Support reagiert, wenn überhaupt nur mit Auto-Mails. Ich habe mehrfach die Situation erklärt und jede Menge Screenshots gesendet. Die wurden anscheinend gar nicht beachtet. Habe mich dann an Futureplay Games (Entwickler von Merge Gardens). Hier hat man mir sofort bestätigt, dass ich die erforderlichen Level erreicht habe und den Jewel Kauf bestätigt. Alles an DT weitergeleitet, inklusive Google-Rechnung für den Juwel Kauf. Natürlich wieder keine Reaktion. Ich warte bis heute (29.09.24).
Es wundert mich sehr, dass Hero Wars hier nicht eingreift. Immerhin preisen die DT und auch die x4 offers an. Ich werde mich noch einmal an den HW Support wenden, damit die Abhilfe schaffen, oder als Entschädigung die gems auszahlen. Sollte da nichts passieren werde ich, zunächst für den Rest des Jahres, keinen Cent mehr in HW investieren (VIP 10). Vielleicht höre ich auch ganz auf. Denn wer auf lange Sicht mit LOUSY FRAUDSTERS zusammenarbeitet, hat von mir nichts mehr zu erwarten. Wird sich zeigen. Sonst folgt auch noch eine HW Rezension auf trustpilot.

Várias pessoas, de mesma região, que estão jogando Hero Wars tem diversos jogos disponíveis pela Digital Turbine para pegar recompensas.

Para meu ID 2480620767 não aparece nenhum jogo! Zero!

Este erro é só com minha conta. Demais jogadores e amigos que moram em diversos países, inclusive na minha região, relatam terem diversas opções para jogar e receber recompensas.

Complete scam. Got a DT offer for a mobile game with a multireward structure. Got no rewards beyond the first one and the support only sends a canned response.

Avoid completely!

My wife completed a survey on a iPad game app - turns out it was from this company. Now she can’t delete the page and get back to her app. Looks like a total scam.

DT is trash! I had 4 offers but was rejected 4x for no reason. Here are the reasons that they said I could get my rewards: You clicked was rejected and targeted as Fraud by the Advertiser
You used a VPN or a computer emulator to access the offer and simulate a device on your computer
You manipulated screenshots or used screenshots downloaded from the internet.

ALL OF THAT IS A LIE! Everything was done on my phone, not computer. They want your money but won’t give you rewards. I think it is a class action lawsuit against them and I’m gonna be a part of it. DT is TRASH!

This company does not have any morals or values. As everyone else here has echoed, they do not honor their reward services. Why any businesses are associated with them are beyond incomprehensible. The Federal Trade Commission and Google will be made aware of this, and all of these valuable reviews from across the interest from reputable sites will be gathered for resources. A potential class action lawsuit may begin, if so... anyone that has been affected by this company financially will be notified per US federal law for your option to join the suit. As a society and a global society, we deal with enough people trying to steal our money, it's time to take on the ones that do it blatantly to our faces.
