Digitalmemorybox Arvostelua

Was a nice easy service to arrange, good communication and carried out in a sensible time frame. Parents very happy with the results and it's good to have our VHS tapes digitised!

The service was quick, and they did an excellent job of converting my almost 40 year old DVDs with video recordings onto USB stick. I only wished my husband was better at taking the videos!

The communication from Debbie was beyond excellent. We were updated at each step and it made us feel as though our tapes were respected, precious and looked after. The turnaround time was phenomenal and we can’t recommend this service enough! Thank you everyone at Digital Memory Box.

We really liked Debbie’s personal approach, from her informative videos, her clear instructions as to how best to package and post our old videos, to her prompt confirmation that she had received our videos and her careful packaging when she returned the videos with the USB stick packaged in its own little bag. The opportunity to communicate with her via WhatsApp was reassuring.
Would definitely recommend Digital Memory Box.

Lovely personal service preserving precious camcorder tapes and videos. Easy to contact. Quick turnaround. Choices of end product to suit. I felt my tapes were in safe hands from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful and very speedy. My films were brought back to life.
I was kept informed at all stages.
I have other films that I intend to send to Debra. She is someone who cares and does a great job.

Quick replies to email questions before, during and after sending my cassette.

What a great service, I dropped my tapes off one week and had them back the next. So wonderful to see old footage of my children when they were little.
I would highly recommend Digital Memory Box.

Very friendly service.

Woah these guys are amazing we found our old VHS tape of our wedding day from 28 years ago, our adult children have never seen this, for them to watch us taking our wedding vows was amazing.

Thank you so much for converting this and bringing our memories back

We have a couple of tapes we wanted to develop and so we thought we would send one in to Debbie to see how it worked and the process. Debbie was so helpful, she reached out on WhatsApp and helped with any questions I had. After I got the link we sat around the living room and watched it together as a family, it was such an emotional experience to see old footage of ourselves as children.

Thank you for helping make this experience happen, Debbie! We will be sending more in the new year 😊

What a great service . Debbie is so helpful , you are in very safe hands entrusting your precious me memories to her 🙏

I was so happy with the service I received from Digital Memory Box. I was very nervous sending such precious cine film, but I needn’t have been - Debbie communicated via WhatsApp and everything was explained carefully, I got updates to let me know it had arrived safely and it was transferred to a download the next day. It was wonderful seeing the film and brought huge happiness, tears and nostalgia for my family. Very easy to download the cloud version and the quality was amazing. Will definitely use them again for some other film that I have - Thankyou
