Ordered two flavours of juice, one was out of stock, the other one arrived in 3 days and refund for other juice I got back next day. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I ordered my liquids last Thursday paying for Royal Mail 48 delivery. I received my liquids yesterday (4 working days from placing my order). I queried the delivery date and asked for my delivery fee to be reimbursed but did not receive any correspondence. And to make matters worse, I don’t believe my liquids are the strength I ordered - very different to my usual order!

Sorry to hear that you was not happy with your delivery time. Although we strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible there are the unfortunate occasions that postal delays are out of our control.

In regards to the 4 working day's delivery time this is within Royal Mail's delivery time frame for Tracked 48 (2-4 working days) and this can be found under our Shipping Policy (https://www.diamondmist.co.uk/policies/shipping-policy)
