Ordered two flavours of juice, one was out of stock, the other one arrived in 3 days and refund for other juice I got back next day. Excellent service, highly recommend.

PRODUCT DIDNT ARRIVE

Ordered some products from the website, then had an email from parcel force to say they were expecting a package from diamond mist over a week ago, then today I received an email from diamond mist to say the money would be returned to my account in the next ten days with no explanation as to what happened and why they couldn't fulfil my order?

I ordered from dimond mist five days…

I ordered from dimond mist five days later I have not received my order and I haven't heard anything of when I will receive my order still waiting

Thank you for your review regarding your order.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy. I have looked in to this and i can see that we sent you an email regarding your order on 26/06/26 at 13:16 to apologise that the item you ordered was out of stock and a full refund had been issued.

I have checked the process of your refund and it was processed a couple of days ago and should be with you by now. If not it should be with you any day now depending on the banks handling time.
