Can you not read the tracking we sent you previous? It states we sent the goods to you on the 21st August and Royal Mail have had the goods since then:

How would we be ripping someone off if we sent the goods out and royal Mail have lost the goods whilst in their possession?

We'll resend the goods out to you tomorrow

No response by email for missing delivery.

Alas, after many great successful deliveries, one hasn't arrived and I have received no response from the company. The fault of delivery is Royal Mail but a lack of response has led me to leave this review.

It is the senders responsibility to follow up with missed deliveries.
