Deyongs Ltd Arvostelua 

Purchased via Debenhams. Item took far too long to arrive. Returned and no refund or communication. Incredibly poor. Do not use!!!!

Ordered two throws stupidly through Not on the high street. I have found out that Deyongs have inflated the price 3 x times the cost on other sites. As soon as I completed the order I contacted them via the Not on the High street website, no answer from them at all. Not on the high street were neither helpful and did not even answer my question about the cancellation nor the seller not replying. never again

absolutely appalling service. Item ordered turned out to be twice the price of everywhere else. The email address on website was wrong so could not contact customer services. When finally sent notice would be a refund, well the refund policy of "within 10 days" is well past.
Look elsewhere!!

Absolutely dreadful company. Cancelled my order with no explanation. No refund. After a further 10 days or so I emailed but no reply. Several more days passed and I contacted them by phone. I was told that a refund had been actioned but was held in a backlog in the the finance department. Within less than a minute they were able to release the payment. Hmmm

Rang this company today and within
Minutes refund was processed I doubt id never of got a refund if id not chased this up

What a terrible company.

I ordered a throw blanket for my girlfriend's 30th birthday and initially had high hopes. Within 24 hours of placing my order, I received a notification saying it had been dispatched and was due for delivery by Monday.

By Wednesday, there was still no delivery and no tracking information. I contacted the company three times through Not On The High Street, as well as additional contact by email, and received no response. It was only after I said I would be cancelling the payment that they finally replied.

They provided a tracking number and claimed the order was "in transit", but the tracking clearly shows the parcel has not even been handed over to the courier, let alone been on its way to me. Their customer service needs a lot of work.

I have now had to involve Not On The High Street to try and resolve the issue, and I am still without my item or a clear answer as to what is happening 8 days later.

I only wish I had read the other reviews before placing my order, as my experience appears to be very similar to many other customers.

Really, really bad experience with Deyongs s at the moment and still not resolved. They are completely ignoring me for a refund. I am still waiting for since April (now June) sent proof of dispatch back to them sent proof of delivery to them and still no response absolutely disgusting Customer Services and you can’t even speak to someone to take it higher. It was an order through brandAlley and they are equally as unresponsive and unhelpful. I warned you to stay away from Brand Alley and this company as you were not get your money back.

I’ve had to open a PayPal dispute to hopefully get a refund for my return. I received “Sateen” style sheets, no mention of this anywhere on their website or order.
No communication received from the seller, it should have been an automated refund, but no replies to email. I returned the item’s correctly, unopened, in original shipping package, through their online portal, used the QR code and have tracking proof of it being delivered back successfully. They don’t answer the phone, or reply to emails. Terrible customer service if you want a refund.

I received my beautiful bedding which I’m delighted with but unfortunately a pillow case was missing…….I called Deyongs and spoke to a lovely girl, explained the situation and she assured me a pillow case would be sent immediately and sure enough it arrived this morning!
Thank you for your swift response and professionalism……I totally understand mistakes can be made but it’s how they’re dealt with that’s important and because of you handling the situation so well I will definitely be ordering again!

I received the wrong items and miss one item I ordered.

They did not reply to my email when I queried this.
Nice towels, rubbish customer service.

I bought a heated throw for my mum for Xmas. When I took it out of the box the seams around the charging cable port were coming apart and I could tell from the plasticky shiny material that this would get worse and worse over time to the point where it was completely apart. Not good quality, possibly dangerous if it revealed the bare wires inside. I tried to review this on ocado where I bought it from to warn other people, and they wouldn't publish my review.

Ordered a 'luxury' throw as a Christmas present. Turned up quickly but the packaging smelled funny... Stench of second hand smoke. I opened it all up and took the blanket out the plastic bag and the fabric itself also absolutely STINKS of smoke. I can only guess the warehouse staff are smoking around the products which is a bit gross. Waiting for a response from Deyongs.

I recently upgraded my towels with some towels bath, hand and flannels from their lyndon linwood range. Each and every one of them is shedding fluff. I see there have been other complaints about the same product. Ive done the usual wash cycles but no improvement. I emailed customer services three times and no response and my complaint remains ignored and unanswered. What an joke of a company who seems to treat their customers with utter contempt.

I didn't recieve my fleece throw over I only recieved the bed cover but in tracking it says I received both items not happy I ordered through DEBENHAMS thought it would come via DEBENHAMS but it comes from manufacturer shop which is OK if you get your item I didn't recieve my throw over I only recieved the bed set

Having been a loyal user of the lyndon company towels for years, i was delighted to have recently received two of their new range linwood towels as a gift. It is disappointing that the two i received appear not to be of the best quality as there is signficant shedding of cotton fibres even after the recommended few wash and dry cycles. This causes myself and my bathroom to be covered in blue fibres each time they are used. Its a shame as lyndon towels are usually very good quality, however this Very disappointing quality lapse has now lost the lyndon company (deyongs) any future custom either through them or via third party retailers.

I purchased some bedding and even after having washed it before the first use, it dyed my skin and my cat’s fur blue! I emailed customer service and got an automated email saying I would hear back in 24 hours. 2 weeks later, no response.

There’s no way a company that markets themselves as “premium” should be selling bedding that dyes your skin.

After two washes the colour faded and the bedsheets look awful. After THREE washes the sheets have once again dyed my cat blue. I’m so upset for the harm caused to my beloved, elderly pet and I think it’s disgusting that the company can’t even apologise.

What a waste of money and a huge cause of upset and anxiety. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent company to deal with. Professional and efficient. Their throws are excellent - the best I have ever bought and are admired by all my family and friends.
