Not what I would describe as a great…
Not what I would describe as a great experience. The product wasn’t right at all, the measurements and description online didn’t provide me with the info I needed to make an informed choice. Then I had to send a photo before I was “allowed” to return the item at my own cost. I won’t be shopping here again.

Late and delivery not advised
Great website easy to use, ordered and order processed, then advised out of stock delivery expected 16.04.23 didn’t arrive! Then got a how did we do request so replied stating still not received got update advising still en route. Got wake up call yesterday by delivery guy banging on my door fair play he lugged the three rads up to my first floor flat, no delivery note provided he said he didn’t know what was in the boxes but were heavy and left. Hopefully rads will perform as well as they look and we’re described. Could of been a better experience with better communication.

A nice looking radiator.
The radiator arrived well packed and on time as promised, however upon fitting the radiatior it has a leak midway along it's length, I cannot see where this is, as it's not from any of the joints or the top of the radiator.
I have reported it to customer service and I am awaiting a reply.
I have since had a reply from customer service and they have offered me a replacement radiator, which I have accepted. A very satisfactory and timely outcome. I recommend this retailer to deal with and have upgrade my review to 5 stars.
