Nearly gets 5 stars.
Super quality radiators at competitive prices, with excellent service and ordering, which deserve 5 stars, but one issue of poor design and quality of the four wall brackets per rad, especially when fitted to brick walls, takes ages to line-up and seat perfectly takes one star off, which spoils a brilliant product.

Radiators delivered to wrong address… but the product is excellent
Radiators delivered to wrong address requiring me to attend address out of hours to remove them to correct address.
Radiator Direct have apologised for the delivery error .
The radiators are excellent and the customer is very happy with them.
Apart rom the delivery issue I would recommend their products.
I would have given 5 stars but the delivery issue has reduced it to 4 stars

I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to retrieve the radiators yourself, especially outside of regular hours. The delivery was really quick
The delivery was really quick. We ordered the radiator first and they delivered it on a day which suited us The items were very well packed and perfect. There were full instructions for the plumber who was impressed with our purchase. The corner thermostat valves were correct, after I took advice from the website. The colour matched the radiator well. We are now looking forward to changing the lounge radiator to one from Designer Radiators because we were so pleased.

Superb quality products, and after sales service second to none!
The quality of the designer RAL coloured radiator is fabulous, however, the customer service I received from Stacey exceeded my already high expectations!
I will be honest and say there was a problem with my order when I received it, however, my email was dealt with immediately, my query taken seriously and a replacement item quickly ordered.
Stacey arranged collection of the original order very within a couple of days and the replacement arrived well within the time period given me.
Overall a fabulous company with really high quality product and amazing after sales which is so hard to find nowadays!
