Very prompt service unfortunately came without valves which was purchased one quick phone call to sales who was very helpful to be told they would be in the post the next day and to their word was delivered the following day. Great service, great product highly recommend.

All is ok
No issues with pace of sale or receiving the item.
Dropped a star as the box it arrived in was in pieces. Luckily there doesn't appear to be any damage. If I did need to return the item, the packaging would not have been suitable.
Perhaps high value products could be sent in a more sturdy container or use an alternative courier.

1200x590mm Copper Terma Radiator
I was looking for a copper coloured designer radiator for a new kitchen and I decided on a Terma Radiator to find no one had one in stock. I called Designer Radiators and was put through to a real human who was able to reassure me that the lead time was 4 to 6 weeks, which turned out to be the case. The radiator arrived in time for the kitchen fit and it is now installed and looks absolutely fantastic.

Love the design of the radiator
Love the design of the radiator. It looks modern and stylish. I really liked the layout of products on the website compared to other sites it showed more pictures so you had a better idea of what it looks like in a room and the product specifications were easy to find and read through. Placing an order was nice and easy and it was delivered quickly with no hassle.
