The unit was supplied with black…
The unit was supplied with black plastic covers over pipe inlets.
The unit was painted to customers selection.
Regrettably the paint was NOT dry before adding plastic cap.
So when removed it took a small part of paint with it!!
The affected part is on the top of the unit NOT the bottom so is noticeable....

Two radiators still not delivered
Two radiators not delivered ! 2-3 days promised and monies taken ! Had to phone up to enquire ! Out of stock - this should have been communicated
Still waiting for radiators !
In addition chrome radiator delivered with white pipe connectors not chrome as ordered ! Poor service to date - deliveries came in many times with no delivery notes !

Great Service
To be fair, this should be a 5 star review because the service was great, the issue being that the radiator was damaged which was a massive inconvenience as I had the fitters booked, not really Designer Radiators Direct fault and the process of its return and replacement was handled very well. I have bought from them before and everything flowed smoothly - will buy again from this company.

Delivery delays!
There were delays with the manufacturer with the radiator taking three and a half months to arrive and sadly there was still an issue on its receipt! Stacey helped resolve the situation and I am grateful for her help and support.

Radiator is great
Radiator is great! Second one we’ve purchased as so good. Only thing that’s not made it %100 is the fact you can’t buy black feet for the Oxford column retrospectively. I had to purchase grey and spray black myself. Not sure why you can’t sell black feet without having them welded at order. Anyway…great radiator.
