Very nice DQ S/S radiator at a fair price
Very nice radiator at a fair price. One thing the sales team did not know when i asked that did the DQ element come with a T- piece and i was told it did not so i ordered another which i am in the process of returning for a refund.

Great service and good price for more bespoke colours.
Radiators are great quality and look the part. The antique brass is a bit browner than brushed brass but still look amazing in the house. They take about 10 days to arrive.
One tip - valves are cheaper elsewhere online.

Great communication, great product
Had some queries about lead times and materials and the response via email was quick, helpful and specific. Dispatch was exactly as promised and the radiator is excellent quality. Considering the lack of communication I experienced with competitors, I found DRD a great experience.

Very stylish radiators reasonably priced.
The radiators are lovely. And very reasonably priced. After care was great too as I had ordered the wrong valves. There was no problem getting them replaced and a refunded. Do keep all your packaging intact until your fitter has checked that you have ordered the right ones though as you will need the packaging to be complete if you need to get a refund and replacement.

Trapped air
Very happy with look and performance of radiators purchased but would say there is an annoying noise fault ie. bubbling despite they and system being bled of air. Any advice please?

The bubbling noise usually suggests there’s still a bit of air or a flow issue, so we’d recommend bleeding the radiators again and checking the system pressure. If everything’s been bled, balanced, and the pressure is correct, it may be best to consult a plumber, as there’s not much more we can advise remotely. Thank you - Cameron, Sales Manager
