Brilliant service from start to finish. The website is easy to use, the product info is clear, and the prices are genuinely competitive. I ordered a radiator and was kept updated the whole way — fast dispatch, secure packaging, and it arrived exactly when they said it would.

Hi Dan, we’re sorry you’re disappointed, but we must clarify that the radiator supplied was exactly as shown on our website: a cast iron, freestanding model with feet and no brackets, not designed for wall mounting. This was clearly discussed with you in March.
As a made-to-order item, it is non-returnable unless faulty or mis-described, which is not the case here. We always strive to be clear and fair with our customers, and respectfully disagree with the accusation made in this review. Thank you - Designer Radiators Direct

2 Radiators delivered without a valves and they did not mentioned it before purchase had to order them for extra cost ie £40 for 2 and call a plumber to come again to fit them for extra cost , will not use them again !!!! Absolutely a rip off as it cost me £100 extra to call a plumber to return and fit them !!!! Keep away from this company !!!!!
