I ordered Peter Thomas Roth product from Dermalabs. The parcel took over 2 weeks to arrive and was THE WRONG PRODUCT. When I contacted Dermalabs they claimed it was simply rebranded - but it was a totally different brand name, different product size, and an eye cream not a face cream. It also doesn’t do what they advertised. When I asked for further explanation they stopped responding to my emails. This is a scam.

Scammers. Do not order, you get a small fake product not what you ordered. Customer service email is not recommended and Shopify couldn't care less, I thought buying through them would protect me!

Same as previous reviews - ordered Peter Thomas Roth face tightening cream and 3 weeks later received a cheap brand Ouhou eye cream sent from China. Emails bounce back - account does not exist. Hopefully someone will take legal action action and get this company shut down.

I also ordered of this sight. I am so angry that I have been conned these sites are taking peoples hard earned money. DO NOT USE DERMALAB

Agree this company is a total scam. Ordered a total different product and OUHOE Instant firm eye cream sent. No receipt in parcel. I ordered from Dermalabs but address on parcel says Maersk, Damslyisweg 40.
I will be reporting to consumer affairs

It’s a scam! What you get is not what you ordered do not use this company, I got a totally different product than the one advertised and I though I was buying I got some cheap rubbish product that wasn’t the same

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE ! THEY ARE NOT SELLING GENUINE PRODUCTS BUT BY HOOKING YOU IN BY OFFERING MULTIPLE ITEMS FOR LESS THAN 1 OF THE SAME PRODUCT! THEY SHOW THE REAL PRODUCT BUT SEND YOU A CHINESE BRAND CALLED “OUHOE INSTANT FIRM EYE” ! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT NONE OF THE EMAILS WORK & JUST GET BOUNCED BACK THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER JUST A 3RD PARTY RETURN ADDRESS UNIT 2 COMMUNICATION PARK,SLEYNING WAY, HOUNSLOW,TW46DL

same issue as others, fake product, if this happened to you don't be tempted to try it near your eyes.

Do not order!!!! This is a scam! I ordered the TIM Roth eye cream - two bottles - very expensive!!! And received some total random Asian knock off tester size eye cream! These guys should be sued or arrested seriously! Nowhere on the website is there any indication that you are not ordering the true Roth product - no little asteroid or terms and conditions and when you email the complaint the emails is fake and voices back. This stupid mistake cost me over $100 and it’s a total joke - so angry! Legal action should be taken against this company

This is a SCAM!!!!
I ordered the Peter Roth Instant FIRMx
Priced at $44.99.
I received shipping confirmation that my order had been shipped.
All looked normal enough.
After waiting 3 weeks…I reached out via the team support email link.
I then received a reply with the details I could enter in to track the status of my order.
After putting the relevant information in, I received a no shipping or delivery information available.
I then emailed back via the support email, just to receive the same link.
Back and forth we went, with me being assured they had contacted dispatch.
My final email was to say I no longer wanted this product as I distrusted the process and the company..( this is now five weeks in the waiting ).
I asked for a full refund immediately.
I waited another week…& emailed again about contacting consumer affairs and notifying action from my bank.
I was greeted with a brick wall, saying that the email address was no longer available.
Completely stone walled.
Please DO NOT order through these absolute scammers.
You will be left with no product, no money…no way of communicating…& probably more wrinkles than when you ordered due to the absolute disgust written all over your face.
They are appalling!…taking people’s money via something as personal as wanting to improve how you look.
I’m beyond disgusted….& will be seeking remuneration via the legal channels available to me as a consumer.

As with the other reviews, I too ordered Peter Thomas Roth Instant FIRMx Temporary Face Tightener × 2 and received OUHOE eye cream x 2
The company states that they are Australian and that the product is Australian.
The only shipment method is express post. The shipment came from China and was anything but express- It took almost three weeks
The listed emails are incorrect and bounce back. The ticketing system goes nowhere.

Do NOT order from DermaLabs! What a total scam. I ordered the Peter Thomas Roth face tightener but instead of three large tunes, I received three small Chinese substitutes.
I emailed to explain and received a couple of replies saying they were looking into it. I have now been blocked with emails bouncing back.
I will be reporting this to Consumer Affairs.

Same thing….ordered same products as other reviewers and paid in full in November 2024. Complete scam! Lost my money and didn’t get the products

Waited over 4 weeks for a product I DID NOT ORDER! Where is the "John Thomas Roth " cream i ordered??
Instead i received - OUHOE EYE PRODUCT ???
Please do not purchase anything from this company!

SCAM . Don’t buy from this company it’s advertised as Peter John Roth and I was sent an eye cream by ouhoe which didn’t work. I will be going to my bank to get my refund don’t waste your time they fob you off with it being rebranded and still the same product but it’s not

Received complete wrong products after 6 weeks of waiting and suddenly email customer service is unavailable/ they blocked me. It’s a scam do NOT order!!!!

January 2025. TOTAL SCAM. They supply you with a tracking number for your order which shows pending for a couple of weeks and after 2 emails enquiring what's going on, they blocked me. I suspect the product is total rubbish too so maybe they did me a favour.

Don’t buy anything from them!!! I bought 3 of there cream and they sent me something from china! They don’t answer my mail or messages. So they are fraud!!! Thieves!!! I want my money back

Scam i ordered Peter Thomas Roth face cream I’ve received eye cream different brand , I’ve been to my bank as a dispute and I’ve got my money back , don’t buy please go to the legit sites spend a bit more money .

It’s a pitty I had to give one star. I ordered the Thomas Roth face cream on the 24/12 I had messaged them twice to see where it was and got no answer back at all. 15/01 I received a package with totally the wrong cream which was some cheap fake cream for eyes where I had ordered Thomas Roth cream. I then emailed the address for it to bounce back to say it was a fake address. Please save ur hard earned money and don’t order with this shower of scammers
