Terrible, do not buy. Knock off product and can not contact.Do not purchase!!

Please, please, please all, do a check before buying from this scam of a business. Thought I was pretty savy BUT clearly not. Hopefully others will learn from my and others mistake.......check companies and products BEFORE buying.

I am having the same problem as a lot of others here. Ordered Peter Thomas Roth and received a cheap knockoff.

Received OUHOE instant firm eye instead of what I ordered, so lame!

Received cheap Chinese product not the one I ordered. As have literally everyone else.

I am having the same problem as a lot of others here. Ordered Peter Thomas Roth and received a cheap knockoff. All emails I sent could not be delivered as the email addresses do not even exist. Will ask my bank for a chargeback and will report TheDermalabs to Australian Consumer Affairs.

Update: My bank refunded the money. Up to that point, Dermalabs did not get in touch with me at all - the emails I sent bounced back and they ignored my enquiries using the contact form on their homepage. The moment my bank started the chargeback though, they contacted me: 'We noticed that you recently opened up a chargeback for your recent order. We’re very sorry to hear that you don’t consider the product you received acceptable. We want to make this right, and we would truly appreciate it if you could help us out. Would you be able to let us know about any issues with the product you received? In addition, if there’s any physical defects with the product, pictures/videos would be great as well. We look forward to hearing from you and resolving this as soon as possible. Thank you'

Delivery was ok but different product to one 'I bought' - and it doesn't work - total scam. Don't waste your money.

EDIT: One day after giving the benefit of doubt to the product, I can confirm that it is absolute trash as I have come out blotchy and dry around my eyes. Avoid at all costs!

As other reviews have stated, this product is a scam. You order and pay £21.00 for 100ml Peter Thomas Roth eye tightening gel and yet, you receive Ouhoe 30ml instant firm eye, which obviously does not work. There is a Chinese label underneath my address label on the package. On further investigation, the product delivered is on sale with Temu for just £2.79.
I have not bothered to complain as I can see from other reviews that this will be futile. I will be far more careful in future when buying online and I would urge others to do the same.

scam, didn’t receive ordered product but a alie/ temu scan product with the name Ouhoe. Stupid me, never order again via instagram..

Another Scam! They products they advertise are not what you get. I got two Chinese Instant Firm eye creams when I ordered the Peter Thomas Roth FIRMx face cream.
Don't bother contacting their customer service as the email Team @ the dermalabs dot com..bounced back as it does not exist!
Don't give them your $$$$!

I too have been scammed. I emailed Dermalabs to enquire where my order was at. They just kept replying to my email advising to click on the link to track the parcel which I had already advised I had done, hence the email enquiring why it was still with the couriers after so long. (The tracking showed it was with a courier however there are no further updates). Emailed Dermalabs again, now their email doesn't exist. Am really disappointed that I was stupid enough to give $95 plus postage to these scammers. On Facebook on their advertising posts they delete bulk comments by others who have also been scammed. Hopefully they don't have my CC numbers. If I could have given 0 out of 5 stars, I would have! Now to start the bank process ahhhhhh :(

I got scammed as well. Asked for refund and blocked me- got sent some horrible cream not the Peter Thomas stuff I ordered. Told me they changed the packaging. So apparently the name changed too- no it didn’t

Dermalabs are a scam. Ordered the Peter Thomas Roth FirmX Face tightener 100ml and received the Ouhue Instant Eye Firm 30ml with the excuse that it has been rebranded. Requested a refund then discovered they have blocked me as my emails bounce back. When you search Peter Thomas Roth online, the product has not been rebranded and renamed as per Dermalabs explanation and is available through other (reputable) websites and stores. Please do not order anything from Dermalabs and spare yourself the stress of getting your money back.

Don’t buy from them - same as everyone else, received the Ouhoe eye cream ( it’s from Temu, value of $3) when purchasing the Peter Roth. It’s so annoying, bloody scam . Seen the ad on FB selling Peter Roth….. avoid at all costs !!!

I requested a refund and they have now blocked my email.
Proceeding with Visa to see what they can do

Also a minus -1 this is a scam. Same thing happened to me as several others. Sent fake creams and doesn’t follow up after the fake “oh we’re rebranding” email.

Minus star review!! Terrible - claimed it was Peter Thomas Roth firm x cream but is their own brand, they claimed it was a rebrand occurring - I contacted Peter Thomas Roth in the US and they confirmed no rebranding at all…. Fake product.

Requested refund to which they will not respond so will now start proceedings with my bank to commence a chargeback against them…. Buyer beware don't be fooled like me - rubbish Chinese company once again…..

Exactly the same happened to me.
Ordered Peter Roth eye cream- x2. Received Ouhoe cream. Not even the same size as ordered. Peter Roth 100ml - received different brand and 30ml. AVOID !

DERMALABS ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
Like every other review on this RIP-OFF company, I ordered and paid for Peter Thomas Roth eye firming cream and was sent a cheap & nasty rip off product called 'Ohoue'.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DERMALABS!
You will be sorry if you do. They lie about the products they sell then refuse to refund your money or even answer your emails.
