Got the product (dermabrew + skin care) and didn’t like it. Called and got return authorization,
Sent the product back well within their return window. Never got my money back. They stole $375 from me! Stay away from these criminals. Cartpanda - their payment service pretended to try to help and also refused to return my money.

Don’t buy the under eye cream, it is fake . It does nothing what so ever to your skin. Took 4 weeks to arrive. when I emailed them, they said they won't refund because I opened the package,🤬 and it depends on your skin if it works or not, how can you tell if it works if you don't open it.
Please don't waste your money on this fake company. They are scammers. The good reviews they are fake too. Don’t be a fool like me!!!

Scam!! Do not buy from them! Kept telling me it was on the way and then stopped replyIng. No refund or reply for months, they took my money and never sent the product!

SCAM. Ordered the lip trio kit and got something completely different.

I paid a product that never received! received 2 emails, one of them saying that the order is confirmed but never ever received the product, neither an answer from several emails I've sent! PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM DERMALABS!

Terrible company - ordered a cream and never received it. I made a complaint and no response.

Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered a Philip Roth product, it never arrived, they didn't answer Emails and the tracking link was scam

STEER WELL CLEAR. THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS. I RAISED A COMPLAINT WITH MONZO AND THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY BUT MONZO IS TRYING TO PAY IT BACK TO YOU BECAUSE YOU LIED AND TOLD THEM YOU DISPUTED MY CLAIM. Tú respuesta no es muy acorde con lo que yo viví. Jamás me has hecho una valoración presencial, escepto el día que me diste la cita para hacer directamente el tratamiento de plasmapen, ni tan siquiera tuvimos una conversación telefónica.
A los 9 dias te envié imágenes y mensajes de texto vía WhatsApp ( porque no hay otra manera de poder contactar contigo )
Y pasado un día como no me contestabas, te envié otro texto en WhatsApp con solo 2 interrogaciones, te diste por aludida y me contestas, que todo está bien que hablamos en un mes o mes y pico, ni siquiera miraste las imágenes, pues tenía rajitas en el cuello, que aún después de un mes y pico que me hiciste el tratamiento de plasmapen siguen sin curar.
Entiendo que tengas que defender tu trabajo, pero cuando algo no sale bien hay que estar muy pendientes.
Violeta te autorizo a que publiques mis imágenes y nuestras conversaciones, así será más fácil de que las personas puedan entender está situación.

Not even a one star, but necessary for a review. Was caught bonny, via Instagram! TOTAL SCAM! Don't order!!

If i could give this company zero stars, I would.

28th Dec 2024 I made an order for some skincare with Dermalabs. I followed up several times to multiple email addresses and also used to contact form on their website. Most of the emails were undeliverable. Sometimes they would reply with a fake tracking page and brushed me off.

In the end i filed a dispute with my bank. It took almost 4 months but i just got my money back.

DO NOT use this site. They're scammers.

Scam company! Ordered in Jan and nothing sent, April now - fake tracking number and no further responses! Do not order from this company.
