Like all the other comments, received eye creams, I have emailed several times, posted on facebook. Still no reply. Not made in Australia received my shit eye cream from china. An absolute scam!

Same situation as most reviews didn’t get what ordered obviously cheaper than what I did order not a single response from my mailer returned emails no contact to be had. Took a month to get the stupid thing so now I’m going to get a refund some way as that is disgraceful waste of 50 euro in my book Good luck with your business failure

SCAM - If I could give zero stars I would. Not what I ,ordered as others have said so Item straight in the bin.
£30 wasted. Please do not buy from this company.

Same as previous reviews - ordered Peter Thomas Roth face tightening cream and 3 weeks later received a cheap brand Ouhou eye cream sent from China. TOTAL SCAM!!

Ordered Peter Roth eye cream, got some cheap rubbish. Emails bounce back.

Same as other reviews / ordered the Peter Roth face tightener and got some cheap eye cream. When I inquired I was told it was the same product in different packaging which is absolute rubbish !!

As others received cheap product instead of what I ordered. Don't use this company. Help/support emails bounce back. Have finally managed to send an email but not heard back. Will take up complaint with my bank now.

I ordered 2 x Peter Roth instant FIRM x temporary face tightener.
Received 2 cheap looking eye tightener creams instead which don’t work. very disappointed. Wasted my money.

Its not worth a single star. This company is a scam!!! Do not order, they send a 30 ml eye cream, like a test-kit😡They lie about money back guarranty, there is no place to send the product back to. WARNING!

So furious and annoyed with myself. Knockoff cream sent from China with who knows what ingredients inside. I wont be putting this anywhere near my face. And I cannot see how to return. AVOID!!!!

SO angry with myself that I didn't check reviews first (though I assume we all just got the deliveries). Same story as the others, order Peter Roth, got some weird knock off eye treatment.

Fake, scam, don't order from here they will steal your money.

Same as all other complaints about Dermalabs. Emails bounce back, not product ordered. Wish I out checked reviews first!!!!!! Wasted 50$!!!!!

Same as everyone else….fell victim to their use of a legitimate product to lure us in. Got one reply to a query about delay then all emails bounce back. Then a pathetic Chinese product arrived…..TOTAL SCAM.
I contacted my bank and they’ve just messaged me to say my dispute claim is resolved and I will get a refund…..so don’t let this go.The company must be known to be dodgy.
