Completely wrong product sent. Product I received costs a fraction of the price on Amazon.

I ordered Thomas Roth face firmer and they sent something else they say it’s the same stuff but if it is it’s rubbish don’t buy it

Do not order from this site. I ordered the peter thomas roth face tightener and they sent me Ouhoe eye cream. Then told me the name has changed but its the same product.

.... DO NOT BUY.... They are not authorised sellers of Peter Roth products. Ordered Peter Roth products and got some other product.

If I could give zero stars I would. Complete scam! Send much smaller tubes, ordered 3 x 100ml sent me 3 x 30ml, and it's not even the product ordered. There response: we are just rebranding,it's the same item..um no it's not! Both products have different ingredients! And even if that was true,which it is not, no rebranding just scamming, they sent tiny tubes!! 3 x 30ml isn't even equivalent to one tube 100ml. Now they don't reply to my emails, COMPLETE SCAM. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I have had the same experience as all the other reviewers. This is a Scam - do not purchase. You will not receive the product you think you are buying.

I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Ordered one product but received another, cheap one. Never again!

They gave some ridiculous rebranding excuse but still advertising the Peter Thomas Roth cream.
When you call them out on it they don't respond to emails and completely ghost you.

Total scam! As all the others have said it’s a fake product that doesn’t even work. Have contacted them to request a refund as their 30 money back guarantee clearly states it can be returned if you’re not happy for any reason, no quibble guarantee. Not holding out much hope. Shouldn’t be allowed 🤬

Scam!! Beware!! Ordered Peter Thomas Roth beauty products and received some dodgy Chinese brand OUHOE eye cream that I’m sceptical to even use. They are out to rip you off so be extremely wary of ordering from Dermalabs as they are not what they seem. Paying for a premium product and being sent something that can be bought from Amazon for £2! My bank refunded straight away without issue so they must be aware that this company is a scammer.

Emailed them and this is their response. NOT HAPPY. Just want my money back and you can send my returned items to the next unsuspecting customer and see how they like it.

I was scammed also. Ordered the gave tightner and received the Chinese eye firmer.
Will report this on whatever platform I can.
They must be stopped.

Ships from China - a different product to the one they advertise you will be buying.

I contacted them to request a refund and they have been a ghost.

So this is scam on social media - I ordered a Thomas Roth product and received something totally different. When I tried to contact them the email address doesn’t exist. I reported to my bank and they got my money back instantly which makes me think a lot of people have complained. Make sure you get your money back then hopefully this scam will go bust!
