I should have checked the reviews. A total scam not what I ordered I received a cheap Chinese knock off. Wish I could give Derma Labs zero stars.

This is a problem with online companirs. Nobody to hold responsable. Fespite product beeing not cheep. Its garbage. Didnt work. Different profuct to being advertsed. Its a scam. Do not buy it.

Pena que no leí las reseñas de antemano. Pedi una crema de Peter Roth para la cara y me mandaron una crema marca china OUHOE para ojos que no sirve para nada. Pero antes de que me lo enviaran les cancele el pedido y solicite mi reembolso conforme a su politica de reembolso y me contestaban con un numero de seguimien del pedido donde se veia que el pedido no estaba enviado. Ya ni contestan son estafadores y les denuncié

I have had the exact same experience as other reviewers on here. Misleading advertising, sent a different product, bar code not recognize, no further response from the company once the product was delivered

Delivery time was incredibly lengthy. Item which arrived was not the ordered item. A blah experience all round.

Fake fake fake I ordered an eye tightening cream ,it wasn’t even the brand I ordered ,this company should be closed down ,please don’t buy anything off them ,I found them in instagram so please beware

If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I ordered a product that was advertised and they sent me another product. When I complained they said it was the same product in different packaging. I requested a refund and they just stopped responding. I have put their products in the bin as I don't trust what they have sent me. I would not recommend buying anything from this company, they operate like a scam.

Unfortunately I did not do enough homework and have been scammed also. Ordered the tightner and received the Chinese eye firmer.
Will report this on whatever platform I can.
They must be stopped.

Suckered in by Instagram and ordered the Peter Roth cream, just like everyone else ( without checking the reviews)

do not buy it not same product as advertising. It cheap product QUHOE is cheap brand u can get from Amazon. Yes charge high price for product that suppose be promising. Not impressed.

I ordered the Peter Roth Instant Firmx and received a completely different product from a Chinese company. Such a scam.

As others have said I was stupid not to have read reviews before ordering from the constant Instagram adverts that obviously have now stopped appearing and will no doubt resurface in the future under a different name..I also received 2 packs of eye cream which is not what I ordered, "Adam" who replied to my emails about various issues is not Adam of course and will not reply to my requests about a refund I'm sure.Is it very difficult to try and chargeback at your bank?

I am still awaiting my products since 16th January.
Just reading reviews now and wish I had read them first. I've emailed them and yep, bounced back.
So I'm gonna try n get a refund, not sure how I go about it with my bank tho.

This company is advertising falsely. They advertise products from Peter Thomas Roth however a totally different product arrives. They claim that it is just a change in packaging. I have asked for a refund but there is no response. The support email address they give just bounces back. I was very silly to buy thru this company and also not to have used PayPal as payment method. Do not buy from them.

Scammers. Do not buy from this company. I ordered Peter Thomas skin firming cream and they sent me A eye firming cream by OUHOE. It doesn’t do anything.

Scam. Product was a fake.
