Scam! Got stuff from Ali express a 1,23 euro instead off the cream i ordered for 25- euro. I send an email to get my money back.. no reaction.

I wish there was zero stars because that's what I'd give these scammers!!

I also have been ripped off! My order has not been received. DO NOT purchase from this company.

Scam- I got the same answer as all the others DONT BUY - its FRAUD!!!!!

They are fraudulent. They provided a no brand product, not the product I ordered, and are refusing to refund.

Is a scam. Ordered 4 weeks ago, never received anything, no response to email and today the website does not even load. DO NOT ORDER HERE

I can not believe I’ve also been scammed. They are not a genuine business. I’ve never received my order and the link to track it is not a genuine tracking link. I’ve emailed them several times and only receive the same tracking link. I will be raising this with trading standards and suggest you do too!

I also purchased Peter Thomas Roth instant eye firm cream and they sent an Asian brand. It does absolutely nothing. SCAM company

Jane, I could have written exactly what you wrote! The very same. I won’t repeat here, you said it all! This company is a scam. My emails requesting a refund have also been ignored. DO NOT lose your money to this fake company.

Sadly I was naïve to think I was purchasing a genuine product from Dermalabs and stupidly did not read the reviews about the company beforehand. After waiting for over a month and emailing the company several times, I finally received my goods which were called Ouhoe Instant Firm Eye and NOT the Peter Thomas Roth eye cream I had ordered and what they were advertising. Waiting to see if they will refund me. I doubt it! Total scam!

Scammers!! I purchased Peter Thomas Roth instant eye firm cream and recieved an Asian brand,I contacted Dermalabs and was told it is the exact same product just under a different name,lies,product does not work at all and I wanted the brand that was advertised and when I contacted them for a refund due to not being what I ordered and false advertisement, they have ignored all emails,Do Not Buy From This Company!

Total scam!! Sent me a chinese fake product and now ghosting me as I want my cash back. Money back guarantee an absolute joke!! I started a chargeback claim at my cc company now !

Na 7 weken nog altijd geen levering. Betaling wel al van mijn kaart en een klantenservice om misselijk van te worden.
Geen reactie op mails etc....
Niks van bestellen, pure oplichterij.
